A whole new level of comfort

This property was absolutely heavenly. House has top quality finishes and appliances. Within a gated community, we felt safe at all times. It was quiet and private, without the hectic traffic of “downtown” Kona. Perfect for our group (1 married couple, and two single friends). We’d love to stay here again.

Beautiful location in the Big Island

Couldn’t have been happier with the condo. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the location overlooking the golf course and the ocean was a dream. Would definitely book this condo again.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It has a beautiful view of the sunset over the ocean. It was very close to all the excursions which was very nice for us. Lovely home for a family of 5.

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home for our first trip to Hawaii. Very quite and well kept neighborhood. Wonderful views of the ocean and a fantastic pool.

Nothing but a view!

This property's view made up for its shortcomings. Watching the ocean, with whales, waves, dolphins galore was incredible! The house itself was beautiful but could use some light repairs. There are some pool toys and beach gear in garage. Be sure to walk/drive 1 mile south to "end of the world" at high surf!

The house is even better than it looks in the pictures! Super clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed. The AC was a great bonus. The view is incredible and we loved the community.

Beautiful Stay in Kona

When looking at staying for 7 days in Kona for an adult family of 4 we looked at resorts and we looked at vacation rentals. This property kept coming up and the only reason I didn’t book sooner was because it wasn’t directly on the water. There is a golf hole between the backyard of this property and the ocean. But the price was great for the amenities. The home has a private saltwater pool and hot tub, it has a great master bedroom and bathroom. It has all of the stuff you need in the kitchen. We loved the location, it’s in a quiet neighborhood which is great for daily walks. It is roughly 15

Beautiful and clean property in the heart of all the activity

Fantastic views and sunsets! Beautiful place to stay with the Hawaiian feeling. The pictures on VRBO make it look like it's right next to the ocean. That is not the case. There is a golf fairway between the house and the ocean and you can't walk down to the ocean from the house. Overall, a great experience.

Great Place to Stay!

Usually when we come to Kona we stay at Royal Kona Resort. This year we decided to rent a house down the coast and this place fit the bill. It's a wonderfully laid out house with modern kitchen and grill. The lanai is where you'll most likely find yourself the majority of your visit, and what a lanai it is!!! We spent time watching whales and golfers on one of the most beautiful holes in the world. Shopping center with groceries and restaurants is about a mile away and snorkel beach is just down the road. Beds were comfortable and slept great. We would definitely rent this place should we return to Kona.

Beautiful place to stay

We enjoyed our own pool with a view of the ocean more than we thought we would. It became the place to gather. The large central island and the adjacent great room kept everyone in connected when we were at the home. We opened up the large glass slider, and the pool area and the great room became one large area, perfect for a family on vacation.

Beautiful coastal home

Amazing location close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and points of interest. Beautiful, spacious home with a lovely backyard oasis and all the comforts for a home away from home. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful Home to relax in

We enjoyed everything about this home. The pool was very nice to cool off in after a day of exploring the Island. The home itself was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed most of our meals outside on the beautiful lanai with amazing ocean views and sunsets. The kitchen was nice with very high end appliances. Very close to restaurants and shopping which made things easy for a night out to dinner. We can’t wait to go back and enjoy everything this home has to offer. Mahalo

Beautiful Property & Location

Our group of four so enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house! It has a great open floor plan and well stocked kitchen, and the covered patio/lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean with sunset-viewing every evening was a wonderful treat at the end of each day. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and minutes away from a great shopping center, snorkel park, and restaurants. We really loved it and would definitely stay again in the future when we return to the big island.

Perfect vacation home!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home with amazing views, daily sunsets, and all the amenities. The house was very clean and provided all the comforts of home which is so important for families with kids. The kids loved the pool and eating dinner every day outside! We had a minor issue with the induction stove and having the wrong kind of metal pots (yay science!), and the property managers came the same day to replace all the pots! Amazing service. We will definitely be back! Mahalo!

Amazing house and location!

We were impressed the moment we stepped inside! The pictures don't do it justice. I communicated with both the concierge and the property manager and they were very friendly and helpful every time. The view from our lanai was breathtaking! We were in the perfect location to go up and down the coast easily. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Absolutely Perfect!

This place was perfect! The house was beautiful and clean and the view of the ocean and the evening sunset could not be beat! The property manager responded immediately to fix a door that would not lock, and the check-in and welcome process was seamless. I would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous

This property was everything we wanted! The ocean is right there to veiw! My only complaint was that the sauna was the same temperature of the pool and the company didn’t really help us solve this. House was beautiful, neighborhood was super quiet! They even left a yummy treat bag for us!!❤️🌴🌺

Great view

The place was very nice. Everything worked great 👍. The only thing that I have to suggest is that the sheets might be replaced as they are pretty rough. Other than that I would say it’s perfect and I would stay there again
