Enjoy kayaking, canoeing, pedal boating, jumping off the rope swing into year round 74* water or try your hand with our stand up paddle boards (All INCLUDED). Sleep 6 comfortably with plenty of room to kick up your feet. 2 full baths and a large screened patio overlooking the water where you can easily dock your boat (2 Boat ramps within 5 miles) for quick Gulf access. Explore the island or head to the Rogers Park Beach. Fishing, seasonal scalloping, snorkeling or just kicking back, you and your family are sure to fill your days with many 1st time experiences. Relax your nights away on our huge outdoor patio enjoying some s’mores over the built in fire pit while we help you to truly enjoy River Life to its fullest. We are sure that you will be transported to “Old Florida” while exploring the crystal clear waters of the Weeki Wachee River and uncovering all of the local flair that this hidden gem of a getaway offers.

Paradise on the river

We absolutely love are trips to the river. Our hosts have gone out of their way to make sure they think of every detail. We had everything we needed. After a long day on the river, this is a great place to hang with the family. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. This was the third time we have stayed at this property!

Great little river vaca

The stay was great! The water wasn't as clear as I hoped but my kids still jumped in. They loved the swing and canoe! One negative are the floors, they are loud so once someone is up, everyone was up. The biys were looking forwarf to smores, but Florida has been a slight drought so we passed on that. Other than those items, everything was wonderful!

River retreat

We really enjoyed our short stay. The property is tidy and inviting. We saw Manatees, otters, and even a dolphin, all from the dock. Check in and out was easy. It was a great getaway. My 17 and 18 year old daughters loved it.

Trip to the Fin and Tonic

Perfect weekend Getaway

I brought my grandson and two friends, all age 14, for the weekend. We had a great time. They stayed occupied out back with the dock, kayaks, paddles boards, etc. I would definitely recommend.

Great location

We saw tons of Manatees!! We were outside a lot so we really enjoyed the fire pit and we absolutely loved kayaking and paddle boarding!! We paddled a short distance to hospital hole and fished right off the back yard. Such a relaxing getaway. The walls are not very sound proof and you can easily hear conversations even with the doors closed… just an FYI. Not a big deal for us as we spent most of our time outside. Thank you so much for letting us stay in you home!!

Manatee dreams

My son and I traveled from WV to see the manatees. Everything was safe and secure. Wonderful quiet neighborhood. Convenient water access. We found the manatees in no time! We also saw an otter and a manatee right off the back dock. Awesome property to enjoy!

Love the rope swing!

My kids had so much fun swimming off the dock and using the rope swing :-) the kayaks were great even though some of them had damaged handles and were difficult to load. I would definitely recommend this property for some fun and low maintenance fun :-)

Cute House

This house is adorable and a great location. It has all the water toys a family could want. (Unfortunately it was too cold to use them when we were there.) Owner Tyson did a great job remodeling after the hurricane. It even had shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower, which was great, but I couldn't get the shampoo and conditioner to work. Only reason i gave it 4 stars.

great scalloping trip

stayed three nights with my boat parked our boat at the dock at the house and went out every day on the water. fun back porch and saw manatees in the canal would stay here again for sure

Great Cottage on the River

This property is situated just a 2 minute paddle from Roger's Park and the Upper Deck Restaurant. The cottage was spacious, well furnished, and the outdoor space was fantastic. The whole family had a blast jumping off the dock, using the rope swing, and of course paddling the river in the provided kayaks and conoe. I definitely recommend the Fin and Tonic property if you are planning a trip to Weeki Wachee Springs, FL.
