Private & peaceful country home located 12 minutes from TAMU

Enjoy the privacy and peacefulness of the country, only 5 minutes away from restaurants and shopping,. Only 12 miles away from Kyle Field and TAMU. 3200 square foot home on a scenic hay farm. Spread out and enjoy a beautiful view in your private space. Entire house is wheel-chair accessible. 3 bedrooms and queen size pull-out sofa in main living area. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Also has 2 futons in game room for 2 more to sleep. Futons can fold out as 2 single beds (with memory foam toppers). Relax and cook on Blackstone griddle for your family meals on the patio. TV's have DirecTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, ESPN. Additional space to watch game, play ping-pong, cards, dominoes and Play Station 4 in the game room. Drive-way is large enough to park an RV overnight (no R.V. hook-up). Corn-hole and washer games available. Fire-pit on back porch for cold weather bonding!
Owner lives next door to property and is available if any issues arise. Wake up to the sound of silence out in the country!

Rules Include:
Primary renter must be 26 or more years old and stay at property the entire duration of rental.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED
No pets allowed.
Children 12 years old and older. Not child proof, so no small children please.
No additional people over 10.
Rental agreement will be required from renter.
Home must be vacated at agreed time without damage and in acceptable condition in order to receive deposit return.

Great Home! Great owner! Highly recommend this home!

Owner was phenomenal. The home was super clean, and had all the amenities on site. The location and accommodations were perfect for our family weekend Aggie getaway! Would definitely recommend this home to other families looking to stay in College Station.

Perfect weekend home experience

This home was both beautiful and pristine and was exactly what was described. It is spacious and aesthetically attractive. The owners were accommodating in every way. Our only regret is that we did have longer to enjoy it. We highly recommend this home.

Perfect Vacation Home in College Station

This was one of the best rental experiences we've ever had. The owner is outstanding and super available. The place is very well organized and easy to get settled into. They provide everything you need and everything is in great condition. The location is nice a quiet away and the acreage is beautiful. But you are still a short drive 15 minute drive to campus.

such a peaceful stay

This was everything as described and more. Chris was available for any needs but there was literally NOTHING to need. We came prepared to cook and brought a few things from home but literally could have walked in with nothing because the kitchen was fully supplied (even things like spices, cooking spray, baking pans, etc.) We had plenty of room to spread out. Everything was clean and orderly. It was a crowded weekend in the BCS but we felt away from it all, yet near what we needed. DEFINITELY would recommend.

Gator Invasion!

Old group of guy friends from Florida (now a group of old guy friends from Florida) that attend an "away" football game every year. House was perfect for our needs, including a large, well-equipped kitchen. We generally eat in, and found everything we needed to prep our breakfasts and dinners, although we did get take-out from C&J BBQ post game - When in Texas, you gotta have brisket. Christine very responsive, with lots of info about the town, directions, etc. Only suggestion - the futons are a little lumpy, but we found mattress toppers in the master closet, and that helped a lot. Had a great stay.

Wonderful

This is the 2nd time we’ve rented this property. Ring Day celebration went so smoothly because the kitchen is large and the backyard has plenty of space for seating a large group. The games they provide kept the college kids entertained for hours. The flow of the house is perfect for a large family. Chris is amazing! Thanks for helping us create treasured memories! Whoop!!!

Wedding visit

The house and yard are beautiful and the amenities are the best I’ve ever seen. The hosts are very gracious. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our reunion weekend

I reserved this house for our Corps outfit reunion. It is out in the country but only about 15 minutes to campus. We had a group of 6, and plenty of space to enjoy catching up, grilling, and watching football. The house is well equipped and the owner has provided indoor / outdoor games to accommodate a lot of people. We didn't have time to use it all, but my buddies would like to rent it for a longer stay in future years. Since tha Ags beat Bama tgis weekend, I think it will be a new tradition!

Wonderful Place for Family Gatherings

This house was perfect for my family coming in for game day weekend! It was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Our college kids loved the game room where they placed ping pong and other games. Kitchen had everything we needed too. Chris was very prompt when answering any questions I had. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful country home with so many extras!

We rented this charming house for our son’s TAMU graduation. It was perfect! The home and property are spacious, well cared for, and clean. We loved being on a beautiful, quiet country road, away from the busy-ness of grad weekend in College Station, yet still very close to town/campus. We were pleased to find the house was stocked with everything we needed and then some; a large propane BBQ, ping pong table, cornhole, and volleyball were our favorites. There were so many extra touches like cute serving dishes, citronella candles for outside and the freezer stocked with bags of ice. It was a whirlwind weekend, so I didn’t have enough time to enjoy the extensive, incredible library of books. (My daughter said she wants to move in for a month and just read!) They also have beautiful artwork throughout and cool, vintage rodeo pictures in the game room. Chris, the owner, had excellent, friendly communication from the first question I asked prior to renting, all the way to after we left. I highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying again in the future.
