- Our spacious, fully furnished, western style apartment is located on high floor with a good view including 2 nice bedrooms.
- The open kitchen and the living-room/entertainment corner.
- 2 furnished bedrooms with a window per room, queen-size beds,
- A big balcony with a nice view for enjoying your leisure whenever you need.
- The kitchen is well-equipped with a single microwave stove, washing basin, etc... and a very large (brand-new) fridge should you feel like enjoying your own cooking sometimes.
- Living-room/entertainment corner is armed with a flat-screen 48-inch TV. CD players, speakers are available for music lovers, or just to serve you at your movie time.
- Fast wifi is unlimited.
- Our big balcony is designed to relax and surrounded by the greenness of plant next to table tea-set.
- There are many indoor plants that are not only for decoration but also actually help to clean the air.
- The bathroom is well prepared with rain shower, towels and soaps are provided.
- The washing machine and hangers are located at washing room next to the kitchen.
- Cleaning service is served after each booking, but also available at your request.
- Laundry service is available at your request at a small fee.
- English Books about many fields on the book shelf is served your reading time.
- Guide Book is provided for your convenience.

The Building:
- The western style apartment is on the high floor of the building, it is new and clean.
- The building is in a compound where there is a gate with securities and common playground and garden. There are 2 elevators plus the staircases are large to walk if you wish.
- The apartment has 2 locks including private keys for your privacy.
- The compound is 24/7 self-access, no curfew or gate lock with Security 24/7 as well.
- Garden walking area, the mini park is included for your workout or just take a morning walk.
- The residents are generally nice and quiet, well-educated, uncurious and self-composed.
- Easy transportations are served by Uber, Grab, reliable Taxi at the front gate.
