Portugal - June 2025

The house was nice, but it was not checked out prior to our visit. No hot water for 3 days, leak in one bathroom, no wine glasses until we complained, broken toilet in one bathroom, the beds were horrid and the place had a bad ant problem.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We are pleased to hear that you found the villa itself lovely and enjoyed the beautiful location. We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. Regarding check-in and check-out times, these are clearly outlined in the listing, and while we always strive to accommodate guest requests, it is not always possible to fulfill them. We kindly suggest planning alternative arrangements in advance when early check-in or late check-out may be needed. Regarding the pool heating, as mentioned in the listing, this is available at an additional cost. We appreciate your comments on the maintenance issues and safety concerns. Your feedback is valuable, and we will share it with our team and property owner to ensure improvements are made for future guests. We thank you again for your observations and hope that, despite these issues, you were able to enjoy the villa and its surroundings. Kind regards, Algarve Vacation Customer Care
