Villa in Costa Cálida with Private Pool

This detached villa is located at the attractive and well-kept resort Country Club, on the quiet and affordable Costa Cálida. The verblifj features a spacious sloping safe private pool and a living room with smart TV. Ideal for holidays with family and friends. 250 metres away you will find a Spar supermarket, tennis courts, a restaurant with terrace and an arcade. From the centre of the Country Club resort, buses leave for Mazarrón, Puerto de Mazarrón, Bolnuevo and the beaches. Puerto de Mazarrón offers water sports facilities and beautiful boat trips along the coast. A beautiful cycle path runs through the Country Club, leading to the beautiful coast via a protected nature reserve. The old port city of Cartagena (35 km), Murcia (65 km) and many beautiful coastal towns are nearby and well worth a visit. Beautiful cities such as Málaga, Seville, Granada, Cordoba and Almería are within driving distance, as are protected natural areas such as Sierra Espuña and Sierra de las Moreras. There are also several golf courses, go-kart tracks, a water park, shopping centre and entertainment venues nearby. The bedrooms have air conditioning and the top bedroom has an en suite bathroom with balcony and views of the resort and mountains. The villa comes with a solar carport and a fine garden with plenty of privacy and comfortable furniture. In addition, the villa houses a washing machine and a barbecue.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Good size villa with super pool. The villa itself is a little tired, presumably it’s towards the end of the season so obvious wear and tear. Sofas have throws over them to cover up visible overuse. Issue with ants around kitchen sink and bedrooms downstairs! The Mazarron country club is run down as a whole- on our final day we used the communal pool - filthy swimming pool at the shallow end where the floor was slimy and green. According to the information, its states these facilities are open til the end of September - no facilities available. Not even running water for the toilets, and no bar or food available within this pool area. The urbanisation is extremely remote, a car is probably the best way to go, or taxis to the port are around €30 each way so will become expensive. The lady who met us at the villa (and our point of contact during our stay) albeit she was very friendly, she was several minutes late and arrived with her children in the car which I felt wasn’t very professional- I asked her a couple of questions which she said she would message me with these answers (ie taxi numbers as these weren’t available in the welcome pack but put one in there for future guests), but she never replied. I sent several message over the few days we were there but struggled for responses! Only the day before we left did she respond. Not ideal. Despite these faults we did enjoy our few days away, but feel the urbanisation is letting itself down, the bar is grotty but the drinks were fine and reasonably priced, we didn’t try the food so can’t comment on that.

La villa era spaziosa e la piscina privata era un rifugio perfetto dopo una giornata di esplorazioni, Ci siamo divertiti a fare barbecue in giardino mentre i bambini si divertivano in piscina, Il vicino supermercato rendeva comodo rifornirsi di generi essenziali, Altamente raccomandato per vacanze in famiglia!
