Very disappointed none of this was raised whilst you were there and leave to write in a review. Our key holders realised the bin situation and sorted straight away. They also assisted you when your car broke down. They also attended quickly when they were made aware of you needing the cards for the air conditioning meter. Unfortunately in Spain dust gathers quickly on outdoor furniture even after being cleaned. We appreciate the honesty and have made our key holders aware to maintain and improve. We appreciate the fact you cleaned yourself and kept our property maintained. Thank you. If we had known sooner we would’ve deducted the cleaning fee prior to reading this. We however hope you and your additional guests enjoyed your holiday nonetheless.

This guest had nothing but negative messages about the villa about minimal things he could find. We attempted to rectify everything he found wrong such as a little rust on the maiden and a bit of dust on the floor (yes really!!) and we even got our key holders out to address the issues and brought a hamper as apology, as the issues were mostly with them and their cleaning. (Beyond our control as owners not in the country). We have since spoke to our cleaners. We hope there’s improvements going forward. However bringing up items as you are leaving only leaves us feeling we couldn’t rectify things in good time.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate we have a wonderful place and location is tge right mix of quiet location and clise enough to town. The new paseo makes it a far more pleasant walk to town. We had no idea the cooker wasn’t working until we arrived ourselves. Unfortunately we only fix what we are aware is broken and this has been rectified. If you are familiar with Spanish drainage you may know it’s never great and due to the property being empty a lot of the year this can cause the issue in the downstairs bathroom. A few flushes or running water clears this. There is a caffitiere, coffee pod machine and teapot. Unfortunately we cannot cater for everyone all of the time and each culture appreciates their comforts differently which we have attempted to achieve. In future if you ask our agent they usually will bring you something you feel is missing or would help. We glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you back at our beautiful home from home again soon. We pride ourselves on making this a comfortable place that we enjoy ourselves regularly. This is not a review of our property. This customer complained about noise from a building site beyond our control, 2 blocks away. There was no issues with the area, the property or anything about his stay. The noise was in usual working hours. It is unfortunate it occurred in the week he visited.
