This modern, detached waterfront villa has its own jetty on the water. Ideal for a refreshing dip at the start of the day, but you can also use it as a starting point if you go supping. Prefer to take it easy? You can do so in the lovely garden with a spacious terrace, comfortable deck chairs, a lounge set and a large garden table. You can stay there comfortably with family and friends. Enjoy cycling and walking through the neighbouring Harderbos or the Veluwe (15 minutes' drive), hit a ball on the nearby golf course or spend a day doing water sports on the Veluwemeer lake. You will find beautiful beaches, a surf and sailing school and boat rental. A 5-minute drive away is Harderwijk, with plenty of nice sights and a cosy boulevard with good restaurants by the lake. The centres of Amersfoort and Zwolle, with nice shops and interesting museums, are 35 minutes away from the villa. No matter what you decide to do, after an exciting day you can relax on the landing stage or by the cosy wood-burning stove. This barrier-free entrance home has a bright living room with a large dining table and views over the garden and water. The kitchen with Quooker and cooking island allows you to show off your cooking skills. Two of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and all bedrooms have a private bathroom. As icing on the cake, the villa has an electric charging station, accessible parking space, fire extinguisher, 2 SUPs, a barbecue, a shuffleboard and several card and board games.
