A holiday cottage with swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool for 3 people. This is a magnificent and popular holiday area. There are two bathrooms with underfloor heating. The set-up of the house makes is suitable for one or two families all year round. There are 5 bright bedrooms with single beds, some beds are combinable. Two of the bedrooms is suitable for children with beds 170 cm long and 70 cm wide. The kitchen is well-equipped. In the bright living room you can enjoy the view of the garden through the large panoramic windows. There is a 46" TV with surround sound system, satellite dish and Blu-ray. There is a sunbed on the mezzanine. There are parquet floors throughout the whole house. Heat the house by using the oil-fired burner or electric heating. There is a trampoline (use at your own risk), swing and sandbox. Plenty of space for outdoor play and ballgames. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
