This holiday home is located in a quiet area facing Bøtø Forest and close to a lovely sandy beach. In the pool area you will find an 18 m² swimming pool, a hot tub for 4 people and a good bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating. Energy-saving heat pumps have been installed. Not rented to youth groups. In addition, the house has a functional and modern kitchen, combined with a dining and living room, and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower and heated tiled floor. There is storage space in all rooms. For families with children, there is also a cot and high chair in the house. The living room is furnished with a wood-burning stove and stereo system with CD, smart TV with channels from all over the world, DVD player and free internet. The kitchen area is also well equipped with, among other things, a microwave, espresso machine, dishwasher and freezer. In addition, the house's other equipment includes a sauna for 6 people, a washing machine and a dryer. There is also a table football and a Wii console with 14 games, for many pleasant hours. The house is located on a large plot with a sandbox and swing for the children. For the adults there is a whole 80 m² open terrace to relax on.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
