There is a 4-persons outdoor whirlpool built into the terrace and an outdoor shower. The activity room has table tennis and billiards. From all bedrooms as well from the activity room you have access to the terrace while you have access to the gallery which faces east, south and west. The house is fully insulated, geothermal heating throughout, genvex system and wood-burning stove which help keep the energy costs to a minimum. All lighting is with LED bulbs so the electricity costs can also be as low as possible. The fridge is an American style with ice cubes, the internet is 20 G, there is X-box Kinect and there is a Sonos music system. The furniture and furnishings is of the highest quality. The view of the grand area from both the living room and gallery is amazing. You can sunbathe, have barbecues or just relax and enjoy the sun setting into the west.
