In Binderup, you will find this summer house, which has been completely renovated for the summer of 2023. There is a fantastic view of the water and the Little Belt. The ground floor of the vacation home features a large and bright kitchen/family room, which opens directly onto the conservatory/activity room. Here you can enjoy games and play for hours on end. On the first floor, there is also a living room with the most beautiful view of the water. Both on the ground floor and on the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. All of the cottage's bedrooms are located at a good distance from each other, making it easy to divide up the rooms. There is a wood-burning stove in the house. On the first floor, you also have access to the lovely, large balcony. Here, you are also invited to spend many hours enjoying the beautiful view. Outdoor life is also something quite special. Here you can enjoy the huge garden and the lovely terrace area with a view of the water. The garden table is a so-called fire table where you can light it in the evening and enjoy the glow of the flames under the open sky. On the terrace, you will also find a comfortable lounge set that invites you to relax.There is entertainment for the whole family in the garden, where you can play croquet, ladder golf, and king's game. The house belongs to a family who have owned it for several generations. Out of respect for this, they have renovated the house for the summer of 2023. The vacation home is located a short distance from the child-friendly beach in Binderup. Not available for rent to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
