Location<br>This unique vacation complex is located in the heart of Huisduinen’s historic center and close to the beach, the dunes, the dike, and the sea; it is designated as a Cultural Heritage site. The building has recently been restored and has a unique charm thanks to the preservation of authentic features such as the floors, high ceilings, and windows. From the apartment, the beach and various restaurants are within walking distance. By bike or car, you can reach the supermarket, the Willemsoord entertainment venue, and the center of Den Helder in 10 to 15 minutes.<br><br>The apartment<br>The vacation complex has 3 apartments. Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the shared hallway with doors leading to the 3 apartments. Your apartment is located on the left. The apartment consists of a spacious living/dining room with an open kitchen and a bedroom. It accommodates 2 to 4 people.<br><br>The living area features a comfortable sofa (which doubles as a sleeper sofa) and two armchairs. In the other part of the room, there is a cozy dining table and an open kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner induction cooktop, a combination oven with microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and all the usual kitchen utensils. The bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite compact bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.<br><br>The living room opens onto the terrace. The living room opens onto the terrace. The vacation complex has a terrace facing east and south. Apartment "A" has an east-facing terrace and features two seating areas and a parasol. For guests with pets, it’s important to know that your terrace is part of the surrounding terrace area. It is fenced in, but the individual terraces are not separated from one another.<br><br>The washer and dryer are located on the right as you enter. You’ll share these with the guests of the other two apartments. You can park your car in the large parking lot next to the vacation complex.<br><br>Dogs are welcome. Additional cost: €30 per dog, per week.<br><br>Bed linens and towels are not included in the price.
