Managed in 2026 by DASH DESERT PROPERTIES in Palm Desert, CA. We’re booked Jan - March 2026. This elegant Mid-Century Modern-style home is a one-story end unit off the 10th tee with a two-car garage and a new HVAC system. It’s perfect for stopping for a lunch break on the patio and then continuing your golf game. A benefit of our property's location is not only the magnificent sunset views but also the many events held within walking distance of the clubhouse, such as Thanksgiving dinner, buffet dinner after the golf cart parade, New Year's Eve dinner, pilates, music, monthly bingo, or wine tastings, to name a few. As a bonus for our December guests, our patio is on the parade path for the Christmas Golf Cart Parade, usually held the 2nd weekend of December. In July, the city's fireworks show can also be viewed from the patio.

The property has recently undergone many quality upgrades, such as remodeled bathrooms and an ensuite with a workstation/study for added convenience and privacy. There is also a new HVAC system, patio furniture, an outdoor fire pit, and an electric fireplace in the living room. Plenty of windows and natural light make this lovely 2-bedroom a very comfortable and romantic vacation getaway.

Enjoy sitting on the shaded patio, making new friends, watching golfers, or walking to any of the 20 pools/spas within the resort. The prime location is across from the newly renovated 42,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, tennis/pickleball courts, and full-service dining and bar.

The Palm Desert Resorter offers a prime spot for championship pickleball, tennis tournaments at BNP, or the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals. Enjoy stunning views with giant palm trees and breathtaking scenery of the Santa Rosa, San Jacinto, and San Gorgonio Mountains.

As a guest, you'll also have fee access to The Resorter Country Club for excellent 72-par championship golf. Information on the golf fees is available at the Palm Desert Resorter website. If you prefer tennis or pickleball, the Palm Desert Tennis Resort & Country Club has it all for you right here at our Tennis Club, pickleball courts, tournaments, 14 lighted tennis courts, a pro shop, pickleball clinics, tennis lessons, and mixers. Several pet stations are available throughout the resort, and a very nice dog park is located outside of the resort at Freedom Park.

Since you're in the Coachella Valley, there are ample ways to stay busy. With a central location, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Coachella, and Stagecoach are a few miles away. You'll be able to choose from world-class dining and shopping at El Paseo, along with plenty of family-friendly fun with attractions like the College of the Desert Street Fair's shopping, the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens' wildlife, Modernism Week, festivals, an earthquake tour on the San Andreas Fault, and the Palm Springs Art Museum's exhibits. With a huge variety of golf courses, spas, shopping, and other iconic attractions, there's something for everyone here.

Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay. Please note: For bookings of less than 28 days, the City of Palm Desert requires a 12% tax on the total booking fees. For bookings over 27 days, the tax listed will be removed. It may be more cost-effective to make reservations for at least 28 days.

Details: The Coachella Valley is known for its windy days. To minimize dust and for your convenience, house cleaning may be included for stays longer than 31 days at the beginning of each month. Each bedroom has USB outlets, its own TV, and a 55" TV in the living room. The garage has a laundry area and a convenient access door to the unit for unloading luggage or groceries. The kitchen has many small appliance options. For your enjoyment and safety, the HOA is strict; speeding fines within the complex start at $200. All fines will be deducted from the security deposit. A Ring doorbell and alarm system are installed for security. Guests may use the alarm system with a guest code included.
