Rob’s unit was well appointed, clean and easily accessible. Rob provided detailed information as to accessing all of the units amenities. I will be renting this unit again as it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay!

We go to Indian Wells annually for BNP tournament. This was the perfect condo for us two years in a row. It's clean, quiet and perfectly located!

Great rental for the month of January!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo in Palm Desert. The owner was fantastic in answering any questions or problems we had, which were few. Definitely would rent again !

Great Stay

We enjoyed staying at Rob’s property for two weeks. He a great host! Made us feel really welcome at his place and responded quickly every time we texted him. The property is located close to a large heated swimming pool that we used a lot as the weather was great. The beds were very comfortable so we could rest very well at night. Would highly recommend this place.

Palm Dessert

We loved staying at the second floor condo. The pool was very quiet and quite often we enjoyed it by ourselves. Hot tub was an added bonus for relaxing in the evening.Rob, the property owner, answered all our questions very quickly and it was a pleasure dealing with him.We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed and furniture was so comfy. The extras that the owner supplied made our trip that much better. We really enjoyed the bikes and the pool chairs. Desert falls was a beautiful and well maintained. Will definitely be back.

Palm Desert getaway

This is a lovely spacious condo in a very desirable area with a pool close by. Robert was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly helping to resolve any concerns we had.

Great property in desert falls. Bathroom has been updated a bit. It was the perfect size for us and for having another couple over.

Lovely Condo

My husband and I spent 10 days in this condo at the Desert Falls Country Club. The condo is lovely and well stocked with everything that we needed. It is a short distance to the pool which is awesome. The owners were very easy to deal with. We will stay here again.

Great place.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and always lovely. The home is very clean and the location is great. I love the deck that looks over the pool. The host is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The home is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, loved using the blender to make drinks. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect for our 3 week stay

A great location with an awesome view of the pool on the back deck and another great view of the mountains and a peek a boo look of the 8th fairway from the smaller front porch. Perfect condo for one or two couples. Location was perfect for getting anywhere from hiking, biking and golfing. Great restaurants all very close as well as grocery store.The grounds were immaculate in the complex.

A great place to stay!!!!

This condo is very CLEAN and has everything you need from kitchen to pool stuff. There is an excellent fitness facility and several tennis courts. The pool is a good size and just off the condo. This is great home away from home and the owner is excellent to deal with. The place is spacious and the set up is great for families. We will definitely stay again. Shelley and Jason from CANADA.

Fantastic!

We had a very enjoyable stay in this condo. Our children enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts. The condo was extremely spacious. It was very quiet and made for a relaxing vacation. The owner was responsive for any information about activities,surrounding area or any questions about the condo. Location was perfect for a variety of activities. We hope to return!!

Family meet up in the sunshine

Property was perfect - we had a great time and had everything we needed. The condo was very large, bedrooms and master bath were gigantic! It was perfect for family getting together to get out of the snow. We had everything we needed to cook, more than needed actually. Very comfortable beds (and I'm a bed snob that travels with a mattress topper -not needed here!). Excellent communication with owner, would most definately rent here again - just all around great!

A perfect desert oasis

This property is quiet, secure and very well maintained. We were easily able to check in using the instructions sent to us in a message about a week before we arrived. We were pleased to find a INCREDIBLY thorough binder with so much information on things to do in the area, broken down by activity, type of food, etc. The unit was stocked with everything we could have used for cooking in the unit every night, but we wanted to explore. The bed was very cozy, and the view off the patio to the pool below and mountains in the distance was great. We only used the TV once, but there were loads of board games and puzzles under the bar. Would be great for a group or a couple just looking to unplug and relax.

Clean Comfortable Condo

Rented this condo for one week end of Oct 2018. Communication with owner was great, he gave us detailed info on how to get there which i really liked. The complex is clean and the grounds are well kept. Condo was very nice, clean and updated. The furniture in the living room is a bit worn but still very comfortable. Beds are so nice and the kitchen is well equipped. Pool is located near by and yet no noise from the people swimming. Just a day or so before we were to leave my kids surprised us with a visit. we called to see if we could get an extra few nights added on and the owner allowed us to stay 3 extra nights. So enjoyed everything at this condo, the plan is to be back next year for a longer stay.

Great place to stay

Property was great, did not know at the time of booking it is a duplex and the unit is on the top. Easy to get around. Only had a couple of issues to deal with. The first was checking in at the secured guard station. We were not registered so we had to wait about 15 minutes to let us in. Inconvenient, but not the end of the world. The other were the people below us that played their tv/music so loud I had to tell them a couple of times to turn the volume down. They were younger and oblivious to anyone else around them. Overall the unit was fantastic and had everything you need to have a enjoyable vacation. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality., Dave and Debbie.
