This lovely 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath private home is located in North Scottsdale in the highly desired Kierland neighborhood. Located just blocks from the exclusive Westin Kierland Resort and Spa, the world-class Kierland Golf Course and upscale shopping and dining at the Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, it features a beautifully designed back yard/patio with a gorgeous private pool/spa. The home is tastefully decorated and has all of the conveniences for a perfect vacation destination.

This home is fully furnished with a king size bed in the master and two queen size beds in each additional bedroom. There are flat screen televisions in the living room and each bedroom, Internet TV optiions, gas fireplace in the livingroom, private heated pebble-tec pool and jacuzzi (spa heat included; pool heat available at an additional cost), gas grill (BBQ), air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, dishware, glasses, silverware, blender, Nespresso machine, Keuring coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need and more. Linens, towels, beach towels, hair dryers, iron and ironing board provided. Washer, Dryer, and two-car garage.

Absolutely no smoking is allowed.

I was very pleased with this rental. Had everything you needed, hot tub was amazing as the weather was on the cold side. Property owner was great to work with. Will stay again!!!

Wonderful Stay

This house was very comfortable and easy for us to make ourselves at home. The furnishing are upscale and comfortable. Joanna was easy to communicate with and handled any issues promptly (not that there were many) I would love to stay here again

We absolutely love Scottsdale and have visited lots of times over the years. We always use Scottsdale as a base for our travels around Arizona, Our property was gorgeous and had everything we needed for our vacation. JoAnne was always available for any questions we had....usually due to our ignorance....lol....we are old 😂😂😂. We are hoping to return next year and would definitely consider returning.....if allowed xx

Winter Escape

We (family of 4 + dog) really enjoyed our 7-day stay at this property in January 2021. The house is located in a safe and fairly upscale neighborhood, within walking distance to public tennis courts, and a 5-minute bike ride to the nearest grocery/retail area. The homeowner (JoAnne) was very responsive, welcoming and accommodating. We loved the heated pool during the day and especially the spa in the morning and evening. The house itself is very clean, kitchen is well stocked, and there are TVs in every bedroom. Kierland Commons upscale retail and restaurant scene is within biking distance. It’s a 15-20 minute drive to hiking (Phoenix Preserve) or to Oldtowne Scottsdale (fun evening hot spot). Overall, a great escape from the Denver cold spell...we would do it again if we could!

This is a beautiful well maintained property.

This property is beautifully maintained. It is well equipped and has a beautiful pool area. The house has 3 bedrooms and very comfortable kitchen and living room. Location could not be better--very quiet street with adjacent large park containing lots of room for a pet as well as tennis courts. Very near restaurants and grocery shopping Beautiful Kierland Mall is a stones throw away. Owner is reachable and will provide all service as required.. Would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative

Wonderful home, wonderful owner!

This house was perfect for our vacation. It was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. We loved that we could have the pool heated and spent most of our time outside. Grocery shopping, wonderful restaurants, walking trails and Kierland shops were just minutes away. We also appreciated the fact that JoAnne allows pets, so we were able to bring our 2 Bichons with us, and they enjoyed relaxing outside as much as we did! JoAnne is a wonderful host; she answered all of our questions promptly before we arrived, and was always available by phone or email. We can't wait to come back! Thank you JoAnne for sharing your lovely home with us.

Great Place!

We stayed here for a getaway golf trip in early December. It was super comfortable, spotlessly clean, roomy, and very well appointed. The location was perfect, close to the Commons for restaurants and close to many golf courses, including the TPC. This place was simply amazing and we will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much.

Beautiful home, excellent location!

What a fantastic place! We stayed 5/25-6/4 and the weather was great. The house was clean, nicely decorated and has new furniture in the living room. The engineered floors are new too. It’s in an great neighborhood, just a few minutes from everything in Scottsdale. Shops, restaurants, you name it. The location can’t be beat. The owner is great, very easy to communicate with. We loved sitting in the backyard after a day of golf, and using the pool and Jacuzzi. We even barbequed a few nights. Love this place so much, we’re coming back in the fall.

Fabulous House!

We just returned from spending one wonderful week at this Kierland home. Upon arrival everything was as described and pictured on this site. The house is extremely clean, well stocked, comfortable, and welcoming. The Kierland location is ideal for long strolls in the neighborhoods, and easy walks to grocery shopping, Kierland and Scottsdale Quarters for fabulous shopping, dining, and fun! JoAnne is a dream to work with and made sure everything was just perfect! I highly recommend this house for your next Arizona vacation!

great location

We stayed in this lovely, comfortable home in March 2014. The location is awesome, with all of the dining and shopping you could want within walking distance. Our little dog loved our daily walks around the golf course and laying by the pool in the back yard. The house is spacious and comfortable with plenty of linens and amenities and would be great for families. The back yard is awesome and where we basically lived for our month long stay. The heated pool was wonderful and we used the hot tub every day and evening. It's completely private and the grill and dining area were perfect. I would highly recommend this property for families, couples sharing a vacation, golfers and people with a small pet.

Beautiful home, great location

We were so pleased to see that the home matched the listing. Clean, well-furnished, with everything we needed for a great stay. The owner was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Terrific location, near Kierland shopping and restaurants, and easy access to freeways. We would definitely recommend this home and plan to return!

Comfortable home

This comfortable home was conveniently located to many amenities, just as advertised, and the local park was ideal for walking our little dog companion. The property was very clean and well-maintained and stocked with everything we needed for our 10 day stay. We would recommend this property to a family, since it was very spacious, and the pool would be ideal in warmer weather.
