Enjoy a stylish 4-bedroom retreat centrally located just 9 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale & Camelback Mountain, 5 minutes to Arcadia/Biltmore restaurants & shopping, 7 minutes from Phoenix Skyharbor Airport. Custom backyard with screened-in Arizona room, putting green, pool (heating optional), hot tub, firepit, pergola & hammock. Spacious Master-suite with bathtub, dual rain walk-in shower, and electric fireplace. Outfitted with R/O drinking water system, barn door window shades throughout!

The space
The Arcadia retreat has been thoughtfully designed for those who truly appreciate the outdoor Arizona lifestyle. Inside you'll find a primary suite with luxurious primary bathroom king bed, high-end in-room fireplace and TV, 2 bedrooms with high end queen beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds (Note that this bedroom must be traversed in order to access the primary bedroom). For additional sleeping capacity there is also a queen sized pull-out sofa in the living room.

The backyard is packed with comfy spaces to relax and enjoy the weather:

Pool was nice but hot tubs chemicals were way off, burning our eyes. Temp was 109 when we got there so turned it way down to 102. Overall, good visit and beds were very comfortable.

This was a nice home located in central Phoenix. The home has four bedrooms and a well maintained pool. The kitchen is well stocked with most kitchen items you will need. The mattresses could be updated, they were a little soft for our liking. We did not use the hot tub or the outdoor amenities other than the pool. The neighborhood was quiet. The home is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and the airport is about 15 minutes away. We did see that there is a washer and dryer for the guest however we did not use it. The owners were quick with their response to questions and they also had their number available if you needed immediate attention while staying at the property. There is plenty of parking available both in the driveway and on the street. Overall the property was clean, quiet, well stocked and well maintained.

Initially I wasnā€™t sure about the location itā€™s an older neighborhood with a lot of apartments in the area but that did not matter. The area is quiet and there is plenty of resources close by. The house is top notch with a lot of custom upgrades. The backyard is setup where you will want to spend all of your time. Everything works as it should the only things I wished were different was TVs in the rooms but youā€™ll have to do more pillow talk so maybe thatā€™s a plus and limited seating in the LR but it was perfect for our family of 5

Wonderful outdoor space for relaxing

Plenty of clean comfortable beds for the five of us. Lovely backyard space with pool and shaded seating and putting green for enjoying games and relaxing. Convenient location to good restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The only negative thing was our stay was only 2 nights.

Long Weekend Getaway

The location was great and allowed for easy access to lots of restaurants and activities. The backyard space really made the house! It was very quiet and relaxing. The weather was hot, so the pool was very refreshing. The pool heater only operates when the outside air temperature is lower than 84 (or somewhere around that temp), so I would recommend checking the weather before you committing to paying for pool heat. The putting green was a very fun touch! The living/dining/kitchen area was smaller than the pictures made it look, but it was enough space for our group of 4. The bedrooms were all a nice size, but the master bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, our stay was great.

Great Stay- Wonderful Amenities!

Had a wonderful stay. Communication with Host was excellent, check in process was super smooth, house was very clean and amenities were outstanding. Heated pool was the perfect temperature and sparkling clean. Great hot tub, and wonderful extras with putting green and cornhole boards, gas grill and gas fire pit. lovely backyard set up with lots of seating, outdoor dining table, plenty of shade, and also loungers for sun. Location was great convenient to shopping and dining and easy drive to and from airport and surrounding areas. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay again!

This location was perfect for our weekend, within a few miles of my sisterā€™s house and the wedding venue. The amenities were amazing and we enjoyed the putting green, pool, hot tub and cornhole. It was a perfect respite for the weekend and weā€™re so happy to have found this ā€œRetreatā€! Awesomeness!!!
