The Neighborhood:

Pets don't live on the property. Property is located in a very safe quiet and family friendly neighborhood close to all amenities. Walk to Starbucks, Trader Joes, McDonalds etc. Only minutes away from Safeway, Target, Costco, Walmart and the new Premium Outlets in Livermore. Easy to get to the Livermore Wineries & 580/680 freeway. BART is 1 mile away easy to uber or jump on a bus to get there. There is also a park just behind the home.



Getting Around:

5 min drive to BART & bus stop just a few minutes walk. Easy to get on 580 and 5 min to 680. Great location; San Francisco is 30 minutes away depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

Stairs Required: Please be advised that all bedrooms are on the second floor. Access is via a staircase that some guests have found to be steep.

Professional Cleaning: For your peace of mind, the home is professionally cleaned and prepared before every booking.

Family Amenities: A pack 'n play is available for guests traveling with an infant.

Shower Operation: To turn on the shower, please turn the knob and gently pull it away from the wall.

Thermostat: The thermostat is located above the sofa. You can set the system to 'heat' or 'air conditioning' and use the up/down arrows to select your desired temperature.

Smart TVs: You are welcome to log into your personal accounts on Netflix and other streaming apps.
