Welcome to GuestReady Essential in Barajas, Madrid!

Conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the airport, it is well-connected with numerous bus lines that can take you around the city. It includes parking and is close to the Plenilunio shopping center, as well as various attractions, restaurants, and shops.

This 40m2 apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by stairs only.

In the shared areas you'll find a playground, a shared pool, and a tennis court, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation.

Inside you'll find all the essentials, including a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite meals, fresh towels and bed linens, and 24/7 guest support to assist you anytime.

For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

A Note on Expectations:

The door is a little tricky and the property is quite compact, it's a bit of a squeeze but the property CAN still up to 3, it's most comfortable for 2 guests. We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential.

Guests will have access to the entire home, the shared pool, the tennis court and the kid's playground.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Barajas is a district located in the northeastern part of Madrid. The district is well-connected to the city center and other areas of Madrid through the Madrid Metro (Line 8), buses, and major highways, making it a convenient area for travelers and residents alike.

One of Madrid’s most beautiful parks, El Capricho, is a lesser-known gem in the Barajas district. It features stunning landscapes, historic buildings, and a peaceful environment, making it a great spot for relaxation.

While Barajas is modern and largely residential, it also has historical elements, such as the old town area of Barajas, which retains a village atmosphere with local shops, restaurants, and a church.

The district has a variety of shopping options, from small local stores to larger shopping centers. Dining options include traditional Spanish cuisine as well as international offerings.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Samaniego - Campezo, is just a 1-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 5-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Pool is only availble in summer months, from june to september.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
