Once part of its namesake utility, the Pumphouse has been reimagined as a boutique guesthouse with industrial-modern style. Vaulted ceilings and whitewashed walls create an airy interior anchored by a fireplace and king bed. A spacious bathroom offers both a soaking tub and walk-in shower, while the kitchenette and bistro table make dining in easy. Outside, the private courtyard is your own oasis with a hot tub, fire pit, hammock, outdoor shower, and lounge seating.

Guests have full private access to the Pumphouse and its courtyard — no amenities are shared with other guesthouses. Free parallel streetside parking is available directly in front of the property, just steps from the entrance.

The Pumphouse is part of The Gathering Guesthouses, located just one mile from Fredericksburg’s historic Main Street. Guests love being close to wineries, restaurants, and shops, while still enjoying the quiet and privacy of their own retreat.

Getting Around:
Free parallel streetside parking is available directly in front of the property. For exploring the Hill Country, guests can book private wine tours and rides with Post Oak Driving Co., our in-house service offering priority booking and preferred pricing for Gathering guests.
