It backs up to the beach for optimal access to South Padre's waves. Padre Boulevard's shopping and restaurants are a block away. Southern Wave Sailing Charters is a short drive away, for those interested in leaving land.
Enjoy a full kitchen during your stay, including a fridge, oven, and stove. Two TVs, cable, and free WiFi keep the group entertained. You will also have access to shared laundry facilities.

Wristband fee required for March, Holy Week, and the Fourth of July week for anyone over the age of 10. All wristbands must be purchased at the Vacasa office, 1817 Padre Blvd. Suite 3, South Padre Island. CASH ONLY. Plan accordingly, as no one can enter the building without a wristband.
** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. We suggest packing insect repellent spray and citronella candles for outdoor use during your stay."
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.
NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. We're excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels worldwide. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally, a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the āDamage Waiverā). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
