Located next door to the popular island retaraunt and bar Wanna Wanna Bar and Grill. This condominium has a strong rental history and that makes it a smart choice for your dream beach getaway.
Walk into a spacious living room with two comfy sitting chairs, a pull out sofa bed, Cable TV, and DVD player. Make breakfast in your newy remodeled kitchen that includes brand new appliances. Enjoy breakfast at the sunny dining area or take it outside and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean on your private patio and yard. After you've enjoyed the beach, ocean, and sun for the day, relax, have a drink, and enjoy the ocean breeze in the shade on your private patio. Once night rolls around, go out on the town to any of the countless island restaurants, bars, and social hotspots. After you have had your fun for the evening, come back to your clean, tropical condominium and enjoy your choice of two brand new beds and brand new pullout sofa bed. Then, wakeup, and do it all again!
We have a property manager, Teresa, living on the island that can jump right onto any requests that require immediate attention. Teresa makes sure that the condo is completely cleaned and stocked between every renter and we guarantee that it will be ready for your arrival. If requested, she will even wash your linens and towels during your stay. Teresa will personally meet you upon arrival, check you in, and answer any questions you may have about our property, the surrounding area, and the beautiful island. We look forward to sharing our home away from home with you! We are positive that you will love this beauiful, island condo as much as we do!

Horrible. There was a view of a retaining wall and plastic storage she. NO view of the gulf. Rusty bath tub drain, black mold? In toilet, under sink, dirty vents, small areas of peeling ceiling, beds not completely made, beds looked like cots with foam mattress. We made an immediate complaint, left the unit and checked into a modern, clean, gulf view room at the Hilton.

Great location, right on the beach. Great view. Lived the back patio area with grass lawn. Perfect for trip with our dog. Older condos, but had everything we needed. Only downside was kitchen had no real pantry space for storing groceries.

This was the first for our family to visit South Padre, and I must say we had the most best time ever! This was the cutest condo and the beach access was perfect along with the pool and hot tub after a long day exploring! We truly felt at home staying here, and the hosts we only one call away. Great communication! We are already planning on staying again next year.

Lovely place in a great location on the island - a great place for a family to get away for the weekend. Being pet-friendly made things so much easier for us, and saved us money on a sitter. It was also a short drive to the best dolphin tour we've ever been on!

Ocean front steps to beach

Being able to head right out to the beach is so nice ! Had a great time , condo was well equipped , had comfortable beds . Enjoyed the pool and hot tub . Easy access to laundry room. The only thing I would change is the faucet in the bathroom it had rust on it, other than that everything was excellent. .

This was a great place to stay. You walk out onto nice grass, which is excellent for pets. Number 108 is my favorite place to stay at La Internacional. I have stayed in various other units here at La Internacional and go once a year. Walk non-stop to the beach. It is wonderful!

BOOK IT!

If you are looking for the most affordable condo RIGHT ON THE BEACH, this is it. Consider yourself lucky the listing photos aren't much to look at because if they were any better, this unit would already be booked. I hesitated for a minute but I can tell you I've stayed in beachfront SPI condo rentals with family twice recently, spending hundreds of dollars more each time & this unit was better! First off, communication with owner & property manager is TOP NOTCH. Can't say enough about the friendly service & excellent communication. Second, the pool/hot tub is AMAZING - super clean, BOTH heated & the pool is in the front of the condo so it is shaded until about noon - PERFECT for a morning swim. Also open until 11PM, so great for after sunset too. The unit is literally beachfront with a beautiful paved walkout with chairs & a beautifully manicured lawn. So convenient staying on the 1st floor! As far as inside the unit itself, let me start by saying that pretty much all of the SPI beachfront condos are super old with ROUGH furniture. The unit didn't feel as old as the others I've stayed at (recently renovated, good working A/C & nicely cleaned) & the furniture was on par with the more expensive ones. The beds are not comfortable & the pull-out couch could most definitely be replaced. If it was though, you'd probably be spending more. It was more than adequate for a budget BEACHFRONT weekend getaway. You won't regret booking it! :)

SPI Vacation (4 + 2 pets)

We had a great time! The property was situated in a wonderful area for family fun... we could practically wake up in the morning and rollover onto the beach! It was great! We had everything we needed in the space and then some. Thank you for providing beach chairs, a canopy, and extra beach towels. I was sad about one thing though... we were not able to BBQ with no grills available or allowed. However, we made do with the stove/oven. Parking was a bit troublesome at times with non-residents parking in the lot. But, Teresa was able to assist with that and we were able to park later with no problems. TV channel selection was good, but the service was not. The audio was delayed with the video-- not sure why. No problems with the internet service though. Overall, it was a wonderful place to spend a family vacation. Even our pets had a great time. They enjoyed looking out the large windows and patio doors. Thanks you for allowing us to stay at your place!

Lovely Place

My husband and I celebrated our 25 Anniversary and we had a lovely weekend. The location of the condo was great! Loved how close we were to the beach! The condo had everything!

Good location but that’s about it

Broken tiles, they put a rug to cover it. But you could tell every time you walked over it. Saw a roach behind the couch. The gate was a pain in the ass. You had enter a code to enter and to exit. Are we stuck in 1970s technology? Too cheap to update to new technology? They make sensors now where if it senses you, you should be able to exit without a code.

Weekend getaway

The place was in an excellent beach spot. Your backyard was the beach. Inside the unit had old furniture and the tv sidnt really work nor the internet. But the location was amazing.

Absolutely wonderful

Had an amazing weekend celebrating my Hubby's birthday! This place is so warm & inviting. It really felt like a home away from home! Perfectly situated on the beach with a perfect view and beautifully landscaped. It is very well maintained inside and out! You can tell the r & condo owner (Roxie) take very good care of it! I observed the employees raking, cleaning the pool and community spaces early in the AM everyday. Felt safe at all times with security on premises especiallyat night. Roxie & her condo manager are the sweetest ladies! They are very prompt to communicate & take care of all your needs! I didn't want to leave! I wish we could stay all year long! We are very much looking forward to coming back!

The property was easy to find. Everything was clean and comfy. The access to the beach....🏖️ Perfect. Watched the sunrise twice. Definitely found peace and appreciation for God's creation!!

When you combine that with the already friendly Texas hospitality, you have a sure win! After numereous family vacations to South Padre Island, including us and our four children, we decided to purchase our own home away from home. It is a perfect break from our life in an extremely small, northwest Kansas, community. This is where we feel we can truly get away from it all, but still have all the entertainment options our family desires! We look foward to sharing our home away from home with you!

We enjoy the beach, we have never seen one we didn't like! Padre boasts wonderful restaurants and attractions for all ages. Our kids love Schlitterbahn Water Park as well as the other countless beach activities. For us, South Padre Island was the obvious choice!

The central location on the island gives us the most convenient access available to everything South Padre Island has to offer. We are as close to the beach as you can get without being washed away. In addition to all of this, you are a short walk away from many of South Padre Island's most popular attractions and destinations. We can all come and go as we choose and take advantage of everything this beautiful island has to offer.
