On behalf of our team, thank you for your review. It's well appreciated here, and while it's no fun to hear negative feedback, we want to continue to learn from our mistakes in an effort to make our guest's stay a positive one. Your insights are valuable to us, and we're sorry that you had a bad experience. But we must say, to every one bad review received, we do receive many good ones where clients thoroughly enjoy the condo, what it has to offer, and the beach awaiting right outside your back door! This condo was built in the 1980s, that is approximately 45 years ago, and has been exposed to the elements of ocean air and sea mist since that time. As a result, certain metal-like items like drains, a/c grilles, etc. get rusted from time to time, no matter how many times we sand/paint them which usually get maintained on a quarterly basis. With the condo being full every day of the entire summer with back-to-back rentals, it is difficult to do extensive maintenance except in the Fall and Spring, in between seasons. The comment regarding the beds being unmade was a bit unsettling, especially since the management team explained that the beds were made but that the comforters had been removed to be washed to ensure that they were ready for the guests — they just did not get returned prior to the 3:00 check-in time, but were delivered before the guests could walk in and walk out of the unit. Anyone would have to agree that is timely, in all consideration of the inconvenience. The beds are quite comfortable, as many guests have commented on how good they sleep while there. But, if you judged the comfort level of the beds by looking at them and not even laying down to see how they felt, you wouldn't understand well enough to make that comment regarding same. Lastly, the view. The view from this condo is amazing — not to mention that you walk right out your back door onto the beach! But, again, you didn't take the time to take a step to the right of the back door and to even look out the door to the left to see the amazing waves and sunset that can be viewed from the condo. So, anyone reading this review, please come visit for yourself and see from the photos posted that they look exactly like what is offered — not a delusion at all - unless you walk in and walk out of the condo within 30 seconds and don't take the time to see for yourself what a wonderful place you could have experienced with a full kitchen, dining, living, bath and bedroom versus an ordinary hotel room on a level so high you can only see the beach from afar — rather than right outside your back door. Glad you enjoyed your stay, nonetheless, that is of utmost importance overall!
