Located at the entrance to Pakui Street - a popular area for vacation rentals, this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is part of the world renown Hualalai Resort that features the Four Seasons Hotel, Sports Club & Spa, championship golf, tennis and a wide range of ocean sports activities. Owner provides two 4-person golf carts for your use. Guests of this home have the option to purchase passes for daily use of the Resort amenities, located within walking distance.
Open-air in design and comfortably decorated, the home has been recently updated and includes king-king-2 queen bedding configuration - ideal for up to 6 guests. A private swimming pool and spa sits just off the spacious lanai and is complete with golf and ocean views yet, private - with jet-black lava and luscious green vegetation providing ample separation with the golf course.
Additional amenities are at your option including grocery delivery, tropical floral arrangements, daily maid service and children's necessities. Enjoy the activities of the Four Seasons Hotel while retreating to your own private home at this award-winning Resort.
Bedroom configurations are as follows: Bedroom 1 Primary Bedroom - King bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower, bathtub, outdoor shower, and Lanai. Bedroom 2 - King Bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower, outdoor shower, and Lanai. Bedroom 3 - Two Queen Beds, TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, outdoor shower, and Lanai. Office Room - Desk
Four Seasons Resort Access: Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.
The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

You will be personally greeted upon arrival with a full orientation of the villa and our team is available for additional services and assistance throughout your stay.

As expected and more
Two of us shared this large 3 bedroom due to late withdrawal of travel partners (unexpected family loss). Even though the cost was subsequently increased, it was still worth it. Best appointed property we have ever rented (everything from dishes to cleaning supplies, bags, non-perishable items, even sunscreen!). All worked perfectly. Kris was there to greet us and show us around the excellent amenities. There were no surprises and the property was gorgeous, and had everything we needed. Highest rating for property and for the management, Kris.

Superbly appointed property in beautiful, verdant setting
Every now and then you hit gold on VRBO. The owner and property manager clearly have in-depth experience in hospitality. I challenge you to be in need of something that this property does not have furnished/stocked. Although we bought supplies during our initial food run, it was a pleasure to find all the basics, as well as coffee/tea, sunscreen, batteries, candles, sanitizing products...even some luxury items. We did not use them, but the inclusion of these items sets the tone of the property, they are not penny pinching; it makes you feel like the owners are invested in their guests having the best experience possible. House is very well designed and furnished, very solid construction; early risers will not disturb others. Robust AV system including Apple TV and surround sound. Salt water pool and spa; although overlooks golf course, designed for privacy. You can choose to be seen or not. Every BR has an outdoor shower, like the hotel and they each have own AC zone/ceiling fan. Is closely located to the Trading Company, can walk, or take a 2min golf cart trip. I really cannot think of any improvements to the property, it feels like you are staying at a friend/family member's home. The only negative has nothing to do with the property, but is the hotel's policy of treating renters a tier lower than hotel guests during the busy seasons. Even if you pay the high @person fees for access to the hotel facilities, they give preferential treatment to the hotel guests, despite paying much more to stay in a rental. So whereas the owners of the rental are not motivated solely by $, the hotel clearly is. Preference is given to hotel guests for restaurant reservations and pool seating. Renters are not allowed to sit on the pool deck and are restricted to the beach or grassy areas. The peak reservation times for the restaurants are also reserved for the hotel guests, so expect to eat no earlier than 8:00pm, if you can get in at all. This timing is difficult, especially if you have young kids, as is 11:00pm PST. Hopefully the homeowners can unite to force a change in this policy; maybe threaten to buy only Apple products. Or at least allow for an option to be treated equally, even if it means paying more. Summation: FANTASTIC rental, thumbs down for hotel's bias against renters.

Hualalai never disappoints
The house is lovely, very comfortable and accurately represented in the listing.
