Thank you so much for your review.I told you days before your arrival date that i made a mistake and overbooked the cottage that you previously booked. It did not seen as if you had a problem with it .You never told us that you had a problem. When you arrived i sent my captin to pick you guys up from Staniel comming over the seas were a bit choppy so the ride was a bit bumpy. Also when you arrived at the apartment it was on a Sunday and we were at church after service was over i came down introduce my self to you. All seem fine you did not complain about anything .Also the chair that you were talking about on the balcony was a new chair i did not know it was broken .Had i known that chair was broken i would have moved it from the balcony we don't have broken furnitures lying around .There were two other new chairs we have for that apartment.I also pointed you out the food stores right out front and you told me that you would go to the food store and pick up a few items that Sunday evening. When i took you to the original house that you booked the toilet was not leaking and also it was not the toilet it was the tank. You guys were in there at least four days you told me about the leak on the day that you was checking out. When i checked you in there was no leak. When i told my husband about it we replaced a new tank the same day you guys left. We also offered you a bigger boat to go on the tour because we have different size boat. The reason why i offered you the 17ft boston whaler is because it was only two of you. All of our captins are experienced and knowledgeable. I don"t think it is fair to say stay away ,like i said that you have never mentioned anything to us. Thank you for your stay i enjoyed hosting you as i do for all of my guest. Good day thank you for your review we were wondering what had happen we did not heard from you. You never showed up. On our listing it says where we are located Black Point Exuma .I am so sorry about all of this. We are located five miles south of Staniel Cay .Sorry for the confusion this is the first time this has ever happen in the many years we were renting. You can get a full refund that is no problem.
