Temptress is designed so that guests have several options. IMPORTANT (DUE TO OPTIONS, PLEASE REQUEST QUOTE BASED ON RATES BELOW). Upstairs level has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, including a spacious master suite, luxurious kitchen/dining area and living room with deck overlooking the water. The second level has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, and living room with deck overlooking the water. Each level also has laundry facilities.

ENTIRE HOUSE - (5 bedrooms, 5 baths, two living rooms, two kitchens, laundry both levels). $3,500 per night with a 4-5 night minimum depending on season.

TOP LEVEL ONLY - (three bedrooms, three baths). $2,245 per night with a 4-5-night minimum depending on season.

LOWER LEVEL ONLY - (two bedrooms, two baths). $1,285 per night with a 4-5-night minimum depending on season.

Such an Amazing property - Sooo well maintained and what a view!

Where do we begin...The property is MUCH better than the pictures - So clean, new construction feel, very well stocked, fabulous views and great location. We rented the lower level as there were just 2 couples - perfect! We will defiantly be back with others and possibly rent the entire place. I highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around and a boat to explore the beautiful waters and island adventures that make this such a magical place to visit. Thank you to Anne and Millie for making our visit so very special! Don't hesitate...Book it!

Great Vacation Spot

Beautiful property, very clean, fully stock with all you might need. Great views, very well maintain furniture and appliances. We were there our second time and will come back again!

1000% better than anticipated

From the time Millie picks you up at the airport to the incline approaching the house to the view from the front door to the ocean, to the impeccable accommodations to the three separate bedroom and bathrooms this is a first class home that you will be enthralled to stay in for any length of stay. The location the views the 5 star bedding and furniture. Just wow. So much more than the pics depict. We will all be back David

Amazing house, great view, great service

We loved our stay. Millie, the housekeeper, was outstanding. She picked us up at the airport and helped rent a golf cart. She responded to every query we had immediately. The house is in great condition, with amazing views and a generous size dock. It is walkable to the Staniel Cay Yacht Club for meals. While we rarely return to the same place for vacations, this would be a place I would love to stay in again. thank you!

It’s all about the views!!

Beautiful home accurately described in the listing! Very comfortable queen size beds in lower level with full kitchen, washer and dryer! Incredible views from all room! You can snorkel right from the dock! Great location near SCYC! Milly the housekeeper was very attentive and sweet! The only thing missing are tv’s in the bedrooms! Overall, great experience!

Wonderful vacation home!

Our family had an absolute blast in Staniel. Temptress is the ideal family home. Very clean, comfortable, alot of space and the owners and housekeeper were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this home if you are going to Staniel Cay!

Great house, great location and great owners/managers.

This house is first class. Very nicely furnished and well stocked. We had enough of the household basics ( garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc.) to last our entire week. We highly recommend this house. I hope we can go back next year and rent the whole house!

This is the most beautiful place we've ever seen! The views are spectacular!! Millie takes great care of the house! Owners were very prompt with responses! You won't regret it! Snorkeling in front of the dock with Fred was so fun!

Best place to be in Staniel Cay

The house was even better than the pictures show. The location is fantastic you could almost swim to the grotto. The views of the sunset are stunning from a terrace that is simply amazing. The kids had so much fun jumping from the dock and swimming with all the fish and turtles right in front of the house. The house has its own generator and water tank which came in handy when there were issues with the city water. A perfect stay.

Temptress Heaven

Temptress was such a beautiful escape to my family! The house is stunning. Millie, the housekeeper is attentive and sweet! We rented a boat for the week which allowed us to venture throughout the Exuma Cays. We would come home after an all-day adventure to a beautiful, stunning home with gorgeous sunsets and welcome comfort! We cooked several meals at the home. It was a vacation of a life-time, and this was our 6th time to Staniel Cay! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us!! We cannot wait to come back!

Best Vacation ever

Spectacular views & luxuriously appointed home!

From start to finish our stay at Temptress was a dream vacation. The property is immaculately maintained by the caretaker, Millie, who is an absolute sweetheart and wants to make your stay as perfect as possible. She had recommendations that really helped with our trip planning. Joel, the Captain of Temptress yacht was always available to give pointers on fishing & excursions. They both really make you feel at home & welcome. Temptress was a perfect home base... centrally located, yet private, with a beautiful natural aquarium out front that kept my kids busy for hours, snorkeling. This was the perfect extended family getaway to celebrate the Holidays. We will definitely stay at Temptress when we return to Staniel Cay. Don’t hesitate to book this property, it’s a must see!

My family and I had the pleasure of being Tempted by the Temptress! This was an absolutely stunning home on a beautiful Island in the middle of some of the most amazing waters God created!! I cannot say enough about the Temptress. The home is absolutely beautiful with view that you only dream about. A reef off of your back porch and so much to see and do with in a 45 min boat trip. Give me the beauties of Staniel Cay any day. It is an outdoor paradise with the most comforting home! "The Temptress", I can't wait to schedule my next trip.

Beautifully Maintained

I rented the lower portion of the house for my daughter and I. The house is very clean and has every amenity you can imagine. My daughter had so much fun snorkeling over the coral reef right in front of the house. Milly and Joel are extremely helpful. I rented my boat from Coral at "Wheels & Waves" and I hired Keiran and Sandy as my boat captains to take my daughter and I on all of our boating adventures. I definitely suggest renting a golf cart as this enabled us to travel around the island very easily.
