This colorful and joyful Scottsdale ranch on a corner acre lot is an updated, open concept 3000sf home that offers five spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen will come stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal including Wolf and GE Profile appliances, or hire our exclusive Greek Chef. There are both informal and formal dining tables inside. The great room has plenty of seating for large groups and satellite Dish TV. For a special bonus, ask about the Tiny Disco, it`s a thing!

A $400 refundable damage deposit will be requested on all bookings and is not included in the quote. The pool has a propane heater which is available for the pool at an extra cost of $100/day, 3 day minimum.

You will have whole house access. Garage is not accessible.

Live in the `Old West` in the heart of Scottsdale. The house is an actual horse property, where it is not unusual to see neighbors walking horses up and down the quiet street. It is close to Old Town Scottsdale and very close to Talking Stick.

The house can sleep 14 upon approval.

Primary renter must be at least 27 years old. Renters under 35 years old must pay a $600 refundable security deposit. If you are under 27, please look elsewhere.

There will be outdoor security cameras in use.

Propane heat is available for the pool at an extra cost of $100/day, 3 day minimum.
The Damage Deposit will be refunded if:
* No damage has been done to the home, its furnishings, or fixtures.
* No smoking of any kind was permitted in the house.
• No additional event or excessive cleanup or excessive laundry was needed.
• No unauthorized extra guests(more than listed in booking), events, or
parties occurred.
• The police were not called to the property.
• The septic system was not backed up due to Guests’ misuse.
• No pets were brought on to the property.
* No trash (not even 1 can) was left out front during the stay.
• If your stay included Sunday night, the black trash was taken to the curb.
• The hot tub did not need to be emptied.
• No late check out was made without prior consent from Owner.
• There were no more than 5 cars parked at the property.
* A signed agreement will be required.
