The kitchen will come stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal including Wolf and GE Profile appliances, or hire our exclusive Greek Chef. There are both informal and formal dining tables inside. The great room has plenty of seating for large groups and satellite Dish TV. For a special bonus, ask about the Tiny Disco, it's a thing!

Here for surgery for treatment? Hyperbaric chambers have been known to speed up recovery by 75%! You can have an in-home hyperbaric chamber delivered & set up in your rental for $700 for 1 week, or $1000 for 2 weeks. The pool has a propane heater which is available for the pool at an extra cost of $100/day, 3 day minimum

The house can sleep 14 upon approval.

Primary renter must be at least 27 years old. Renters under 35 years old must pay a $600 refundable security deposit. If you are under 27, please look elsewhere.

There will be outdoor security cameras in use.
