You’ll rent this house along with your own traditional Curaçaoan Hofi, which was established and has been maintained by the family for the past 25 years. A hofi is a plot of land where families grow vegetables, fruits, and herbs. In this Hofi, you’ll find mangoes, pomegranates, star apples, limes, aloe vera, and other fruit trees—all for personal use. There are also many different types of palm trees in the front and back yards, with coconuts in season. You won’t find a more beautiful tropical setting!

The layout of this vacation villa is designed for convenience
The house was completely renovated in the summer of 2024 and features four large, air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, an additional guest restroom, and an outdoor shower by the pool. The spacious living room is open on all sides, and the porch (covered terrace) overlooks Table Mountain.

The tropical garden features a large 12x6-meter pool and a beautiful palapa (a canopy made of wooden poles and palm leaves) where you can enjoy lunch and dinner while staying out of the sun. The garden features several cozy lounge areas, including lounge beds for sun lovers and shaded seating areas.

The fully equipped kitchen features a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker, an oven/microwave, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine. You can enjoy a wide range of TV channels on the big screen and stay connected at all times thanks to the strong Wi-Fi signal in every room.
In addition, the storage room has a washing machine with an ironing board and iron, in case you want to do some laundry.

Cas Grandi is located near Jan Sofat, the Spaanse Water, and the beaches of Mambo Beach and Caracasbaai.
