Guests can therefore avail of all the facilities available in Radicondoli ( food shops, restaurants, bank, tennis-court, etc.) without having to use the car.

The furnishing, which is a combination of rustic and modern,is highly practical and comfortable. Outside, guests may enjoy the use of a nice, fully equipped private garden and its inviting swimming-pool (5x9 m.) available from May to October.

Details: pax 6+2 / 120 m2: Ground floor - entrance, large living-room with double sofa-bed and satellite TV, dining-room, kitchen (oven, dishwasher and washing machine), 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower. Private garden and private swimming pool.

The property is proposed as independent accommodation with garden and pool for guests’ exclusive use. On the rear of the building, secluded and provided with own access, is a basement floor where the owners, an elderly couple, live. They are extremely discreet and respectful of guests’ privacy that holidaymakers will hardly experience their presence, but nevertheless available in case of need.

Included in the price: Set of bed and bath linen*, baby cot & highchair, Wi-Fi, pool towels, electricity/water & kitchen gas consumption.

*For stays of 14 nights or longer, a fresh set of bed and bath linen is provided every 7 nights.

Not included in the price to be paid on site (mandatory): final cleaning € 13/person, pet € 50 each/stay (max 2), tourist tax (where applicable), security deposit € 250 (cash) upon arrival.

Not included in the price to be paid on site (on request): heating on consumption € 5/m3.
