Imagine the perfect vacation, relaxing on our private white sand beach (just steps away) or on the balcony with your favorite drink.
Enjoy our breathtaking beach sunsets.
Retrieve some shells that Mother Nature left just for you!
Soak up some sun at our beautiful pool.
Unwind at our brand-new tennis & pickleball courts.
Immaculate one bedroom (king bed), one bath condo has a fully equipped kitchen including Keurig coffee maker, Cable TV, and FREE WIFI. Linens & Towels, as well as beach chairs & umbrellas are provided.
We are on the South end of Fort Myers beach, away from the crowds.
A rental car is not necessary. You can take an Uber or Taxi from and to the airport. Once you're on the island, there's a trolley that runs up and down all day. The grocery store is about 2 miles away and you can get there with the trolley. The Trolley costs 75 cents a ride, $2 for an all-day pass or $4 for a 3-day pass.
Be sure to visit Times Square and the brand new Margaritaville Resort at the north end of the island. Although your favorite restaurant or store may not be there or exactly as before, many have re-opened or re-located in very creative ways!
The Key West Express is up and running, if you'd like to spend a day in Key West, as are dinner/sunset cruises, boat rentals or deep sea fishing charters.

Anniversary trip

Great place to stay right on the beach!

My fiancé and I stayed here over New Years and had the absolute best time! The condo was very clean and just as described. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The condo is right on the beautiful beach and close to a lot of great restaurants and shops. Don’t think twice about staying here! Would definitely book again!

Spring break

Great stay in this condo. We had everything we needed. We were surprised to see the state of the area from Hurricane Ian which required more travel for restaurant options. Lots of repair to the beach was happening throughout the week

The unit is very modern and provides a perfect base of operations. The location is directly on the beach and convenient to local businesses and restaurants. Tremendous efforts are being made to fully restore the are area.

Great location on Estero island!

Condo had all amenities you need! Even had shampoo and aloe gel if you got sunburn. Location was great with restaurants, bars, and marina across street, when you needed a break from the pool and beach!!!

Great stay

Enjoyed our week at this property. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. We appreciated the use of beach chairs and umbrellas and used beach more than pool. We will return if in the area again.

The unit was clean. The facility needs more umbrellas in pool area. The only have 2?? Guest were holding the tables with their stuff but not sitting at the tables that had umbrellas.

Nice sunny week in Ft Myers

EBT is way ahead of the rest of FMB coming back from Ian. We saw progress every day on the grounds and pool area. The condo was just what is advertised. It was very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our anniversary getaway

We were so impressed from the time we unlocked the door! This unit is immaculate. Couldn’t have asked for a better location, away from all the heavy traffic, but close to everything we needed. Condo was clean, modern and perfect for a couple’s getaway. Really want to come back again, as soon as we can.

Everything you could possibly need in a condo

Beautiful newly updated condo at the quiet end of the island. Condo is very well laid out and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Loved the well equipped kitchen and beach supplies. Would definitely rent again. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise!

Condo was very clean & comfortable. Great location!

We were very pleased with the condo. Super clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay. The bed was really comfortable and storage was not an issue. Conveniently located with some great shops and eateries right across the street. The pool was beautifully maintained with plenty of room for sunning and relaxation. On-site laundry is available and the residents were all very friendly. The building is very secure and the property itself is very well kept. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

The room was immaculate but the building was clearly still under repair from Hurricane Ian. Nice beach access but this condo is on the parking lot side of the building. I feel that should be disclosed up front. Lots of construction in the area, which is of course, understandable. Lovely pool and extremely friendly atmosphere, with excellent communication from the property manager.

Great Stay - Friendly Neighbors

My husband and I enjoyed our week at this condo. Our room was clean and well stocked with many extras.(toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc, The kitchen also had plenty of dishes and basic seasonings.) The pool was very nice and the other guests were so friendly! The location is okay, like any place in that area, the traffic is a quite heavy in the afternoons and evenings. The beach was very limited due to some major rejuvenation, which is no fault of the owner. (Darn Hurricanes). Oh yeah, they had a FANTASTIC market on Tuesdays and Thursdays right across the street from the condo! That was definitely a highlight! We would stay here again! Praying for all in that area as they rebuild!

Beautiful

We loved staying in this condo, very beautiful and located in a nice quiet area. The only problem is getting to the beach area . If you were older or debilitated in any way. It would be difficult getting from the condo grounds to the beach because of water sitting in areas at the edge of the property. It would be nice if they had a walking bridge to the beach . However, I did enjoy my stay and would go back.

Great place for a couple’s getaway!!

This was an amazing property! It was the perfect size for a couple. It was nicely decorated and the bathroom and kitchen were newly remodeled. Everything you would ever need is there- coffee, spices, sugar, cooking oil. There is also plenty of sunscreen and shampoos. No need to pack these! Beach towels, a small cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided also. The pool is great and is where we spent our time because of the red tide. There are great restaurants across the street in the shopping plaza. The owner was amazing to work with. Would love to come to Ft. Myers again and stay in this unit!!

Wonderful Place! Great Owners! We'll be Back!

This was our first time staying at Bill and Sheryl's property. My wife and I were VERY PLEASED with our stay at this fun and beautiful condo. It was well equipped with everything we could need and want. The floorplan was perfect for us as a couple and unique (i.e. fun). Everything was beautiful and new and clean. Great completely furnished kitchen, great roomy bath, great bedroom, great living room, great balcony. Very nice furnishings and decorations throughout. It was all just really attractive and well done. Need I say more? Plus, Sheryl, the owner was a blessing to work with and talk to. Thank you Sheryl and Bill! We'll be back!
