The apartment was beautiful!! We absolutely loved it, especially the heated floors given the weather at the time! I would have loved to have toilets in both bathrooms, but the full bathroom was beautiful! We did have trouble getting the door to lock, but when we reached out to the host, they were extremely helpful! It may be a good idea to put the instructions on the laminated sheet of information in the unit. Such a beautiful place!

We traveled during one of the record-breaking heatwaves in June and informed the hosts we'd arrive at 4 pm. When we did, the lock box did not work. We filmed ourselves correctly following instructions. We emailed the two contacts listed. No phone # was given in any of our check-in materials. The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the scorching stone courtyard, with no other windows for cross-ventilation. Probably fine in cooler temps. But just standing outside the apartment - which had no AC - was unbearable for long. We debated what to do, and since we'd still heard nothing from the property manager, Bellvilla, we left to find a hotel. The property manager contacted us later with a new entry code but we’d already checked into a hotel. We asked for a refund for the one night we were locked out and were denied. Worst VRBO experience ever.

Great location near the Saint Germaine neighborhood, As others have mentioned, there is a well-known bakery across the street and a wine store next to it, We bought croissants and pastries every day! The house seems to have been recently renovated, It's a bit small for a group of 5, but that's typical of Parisian apartments, It would be ideal for 4 people, as there are 2 bedrooms, The metro is very close, There are plenty of nice dishes to use if you feel like cooking, During our stay, some essentials were missing, but the host offered to reimburse us for buying them ourselves, which was kind of him, Overall, I would recommend this place for your stay in Paris!

Appartement très bien situé dans le VIIème arrondissement. Rez-de-chaussée au fond d'une cour, au calme. Meublé avec goût, beaucoup de rangements donc très pratique. Un souci avec le lave-vaisselle qui a pu être réglé en 48 heures (ici le problème est que le "property manager" nous prend parfois un peu pour des enfants et qu'il y a beaucoup d'interlocuteurs en fonction des jours). Un souci de mitigeur dans une des douches qui a été partiellement réglé. Pour le reste rien à dire : très propre à l'arrivée, bonnes indications,....

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. Close to restaurants, markets, and shopping. The host provided all amenities including extra touches. Check in and check out were effortless and communication was smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

Es gab ein paar kleinere Probleme mit der Hausverwaltung bezüglich unserer Ankunftszeit und einen kleinen Mangel: In einer Dusche fehlte während unseres Aufenthalts das kalte Wasser. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen.
