The location can't be beat--near to Notre Dame and all services. A great homebase for exploring the city. Overall, the condition and the amenities are good. The convertible beds are simply adequate, and the kitchen is quite small. Wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.

Location can’t be beat. Safe-feeling neighborhood and a 10 min walk to a metro station and walkable to many major attractions. No AC so was hot during a heat wave. Stayed for 5 nights and was wishing one of the Queen beds wasn’t a pull-out couch. Not a ton of storage (shelves or places to put larger luggage). Loft was great for kids but wouldn’t be great for adults. Very family friendly - ground floor was nice for a stroller and it was great to have a washing machine and dishwasher. We would stay again.

Communication with host was poor. Lock box to retrieve key was not working - it took us 4 hours to finally get someone to the property to help us get in (with an entirely different code than the one they provided us). Apartment was otherwise clean and comfortable. But dealing with the agency that manages the property was not good.

Apartment was very nice, but lock box to retrieve key was not functioning properly. It took 4+ hours to finally get someone to come help us. Made endless calls and was constantly put on hold. Communication was poor.

The bedroom was in a loft that u reach by a ladder and the bedroom itself was 4ft tall. I contacted the host multiple times and my concerns were never addressed through email or a call. This is the worst situation I ever was involved in. Neither Vrbo now the host addressed or could resolve my situation.

The place was as described. It was wonderfully close to Notre Dame cathedral and the Left Bank. Unfortunately, we were there during the Paris heat wave. The 2 fans were not effective in cooling the main living and sleeping areas. A more industrial fan may have helped. Additionally, there was no corkscrew to open the wine we bought. We left one for the next user.The location makes this place and I thought ir was a good value.
