It is a comfortable base for families and groups looking to enjoy Marbella’s beaches, golf courses and Mediterranean climate. Guests also have access to a communal swimming pool during its opening season.



The property



The townhouse is arranged over two floors. The entrance is on the upper floor, where you will find three bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bath and access to a private terrace. This floor also has a separate shower room with a washbasin and a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms has a pull out bed.



On the lower floor, you will find the fourth bedroom, which has its own shower and washbasin, as well as a second separate toilet. The living and dining area, kitchen and terrace are also on this floor. Large glass doors connect the living space to the outdoors. The kitchen has a central island and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.



Bathroom layout: two separate toilets, one en suite bathroom with a bath, and two shower areas with washbasins. The shower areas do not have their own toilets.



Guest access



You will have private use of the entire townhouse. Your stay includes:



Access to the unheated outdoor communal swimming pool, open from 1 May to 30 September.

A private parking space.

WiFi, air conditioning and heating.

A kitchen with an induction hob and American style fridge freezer.

A washing machine and tumble dryer.

Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms.

Bed linen and towels.



The pool and surrounding gardens are shared spaces and are subject to the community rules.

Important information



A high chair is available on request for €30 per booking, and a cot for €50 per booking. Please request either item before arrival so we can confirm availability.



The property has an alarm system. Parties and events are not permitted. Guests must follow the house and community rules.



A security deposit, in the amount stated in the booking conditions, will be arranged before arrival. It will be returned in accordance with those conditions after the property has been checked.
