See and hear waves come ashore on the beach from this lovely, spacious, 2 bedroom condo. Breathtaking ocean views completely fill the living room, dining alcove and kitchen through wall to wall glass sliders. It’s spectacular!

Conveniently located on East Shore for easy touring, yet secluded.

The bedrooms look out on lagoons with fountains and distant mountains. Each bedroom has its own balcony lanai where you can relax at the end of a busy day of sightseeing to watch the sunset.

The large balcony lanai off the living room provides a delightful place to have breakfast watching glorious sun rises over the ocean.

An easy stroll will get you to the golden sand beach in moments.The beach seems to go on forever with no development in sight for miles. It’s just you, the beach and the sparkling blue ocean. In fact, there are many areas along the coastline where you will have the beach all to yourselves. This is the REAL HAWAII you came to see!

The resort is nicely secluded yet conveniently located for easy touring. You’re equi-distant from the North Shore and South Shore. The 12 acres of lushly landscaped tropical gardens and lagoons are all yours to explore.

Kauai Beach Villas’ swimming pool and jet spa are free to use. The pools, spas and water slide at the resort hotel are also free of charge for our vacation enters. Enjoy the BBQ picnic areas, play tennis and pickle ball using free equipment. Golf is available at adjacent Wailua Municipal Golf Course at reasonable rates.

The condo underwent a 3-month long total renovation creating new bathrooms, transforming the kitchen, decorating with tasteful tropical furniture and buying the highest quality beds, which our guests rave about.

We offer one of the most competitively priced quality 2 bedroom beachfront resort condos on the island. Many of our guests like our condo so much that they come back year after year. This place is great. It has a wonderful view, great layout, clean and VERY WELL stocked. Host was very quick to answer any questions I had. Easy in and out. Quiet area of the island but within 10-15 minutes of the airport depending on traffic. Also, access to Outrigger pools--great especially if you have kids. Or--a nice little pool and hot tub that had little if any people in it while we were there.

Everything was clean and included anything we could need. We ran out of coffee and Judy came right down to get us more. Great mattresses and an amazing view. The only thing that could be added is pen and paper.Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great property full of anything you would ever need for a comfortable stay. The condo was very clean and spacious. The view was amazing and Judy was very quick to respond if I had a question. We had a fabulous time and are in love with Kauai. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The condo was beautifully furnished and appointed with everything you could need! It was clean and the host was very accommodating and helpful. Access to both the beach and the amenities of the adjoining hotel hugely enhanced our fun! The view was the star of the visit. My only slight disappointment was the construction on the building next door. Not pretty and sometimes loud, but I understand there’s not really anything be done about it. We would definitely come here again!

This is a lovely, spacious villa that has a nice kitchen area that includes a counter with bar stools for socializing while cooking. The sunrises are amazing on the beach and if you enjoy hearing birds out your window, this is the place to be! The property is also centrally located for access to stores, restaurants and excursions. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

Fabulous location and spectacular view. Morning coffee on our lanai which had a breathtaking ocean view. The pools were super fun and easy to get to. Loved playing family volleyball in the pool! Short trip to town shops and restaurants and only a few minutes from the airport. Beds were super comfy and it had all the amenities you need- towels, chairs, snorkels and kitchen items!Loved it and will be back!

The condo was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of things in the kitchen and other places to get us started with our stay. Coffee pods, paper goods, spices and many other items were provided. The wifi was reliable and cable access was good. Access to the hotel pools & hot tubs were great also. Judy was a great host and communicated well before and during our stay. We would stay again and highly recommend this condo for up to 4 people.

Family Vacation

We have four adults staying at this property and it was everything as advertised. Plenty of room for everybody to sleep and hang out both indoors and outdoors. Walk to the beach was very short walk, and it was great having the resort next-door where you could utilize their pools as well. The location of this property worked perfectly to help travel easily to the north or south of the island.

40th Bday!

Planned this trip to celebrate my son’s fortieth. The location was perfect for exploring the island. The younguns hiked while us oldies explored by car. We really enjoyed evenings in and morning walks on the beach.

Amazing!

Property was just as it was listed. It had Great views , was furnished with comfortable beds and furniture and all the supplies she furnished was great. We didn't need one thing! We loved the location , it was so quiet at night all you heard was the waves hitting the shore. Would stay here again. Thanks Judy!!!

We are Joyce and Don from Ketchikan, Alaska and we like making our condo as comfortable and inviting as possible for our guests' enjoyment.

Before we bought F-10, we rented it as visitors every time we came to Kauai. It was by far our favorite condo. So, when it was offered for sale we were thrilled that we were able to buy it and call it our own.

The first thing we did was to completely renovate it. We set aside 3 months to make the condo the best it could possibly be. We put in all new sliders and windows, took the bathrooms down to the studs so we could create spiffy new ones, installed new kitchen appliances and granite counter tops. We had new tile floors and new carpets installed and bought top-of-the-line furniture and incredibly comfortable beds.

The extensive renovation was a lot of hard work but worth the effort to transform it to a place that would please the most fastidious of vacation renters (which includes ourselves!) We come to stay in our condo a couple of times a year and each time we make sure that everything is up to our standards. Of course, we still manage to sit out on the lanai to enjoy watching the waves roll ashore and take morning walks along the beach to watch the sun rise. We are indeed very lucky!

In searching for a property on Kauai, we wanted a convenient location, centrally located on the East Shore. We also wanted to be within 30 minutes from the north shore and the south shores. We love the secluded location - it's perfect for us and our friends who want to sight-see or just relax on the balcony lanai watching and listening to the waves come ashore just a few yards away. The view of the ocean fills the living room and dining alcove and it takes our breath away.
We feel assured that our guests will be taken care of because Judy, the property manager, lives in the condo just above. She's happy to share insider tips on the best places to visit on Kauai and tried and true restaurants.
We both love the ocean and couldn't imagine having a place in Hawaii unless we were RIGHT ON THE BEACH. We so enjoy our fabulous view of the ocean which fills the living room and dining alcove. And since the beach is just a few steps away it's great walking along the miles of natural, undeveloped shoreline.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We wanted a spacious condo since we knew we'd be inviting family and friends to come stay with us. We have lots of room, so everyone feels they have their own space and are very relaxed.

Our family and friends especially like sitting in the nice, hot jacuzzi looking up at the stars at night after a hard day of sightseeing.
