The Stokes family had an amazing time at the lake house. It started with great communication of the the check in process, an attentive meet and great once we got there, to fun filled days with the family. We will be back again and would suggest others to give it a try!

We stayed with a group of friends from all over the country. The house is very spacious and everyone had good room situations to choose from. The kitchen is great with plenty of coffee makers and cooking gear. We enjoyed watching sports in the theater room and hanging out on the patios. There might have even been a dance party on the lower level deck a few nights! The hosts and property manager were terrific. I would definitely recommend this home for a large and diverse group. Proximity to Dollywood made us go visit and we had a great time.

Glad you had a great time, FYI many guests use our floating dock as an alternative to tying their boat to the cleats on the pilings at the bottom of the steps.

As always our stay was amazing! The house is always so clean and I love that it is tucked back in the country but so close to main attractions too! The host is super accommodating since we are repeat customers.. they make us feel special and always make us feel like we happy with our stay!! Will be back for sure!!

The property was very clean, ample space for our group of 23, lake front with private dock. Arthur and Chad were great to work with and answer all questions! Will definitely consider again from rental if available during a needed time!

Great house for our party of 13 (9, 10, 14, 17 yo kids). We all loved the theater room & house layout. Fans all need dusted more often-quite dirty. Host called day after we left to see how we enjoyed our stay. Found this to be surprisingly nice. Quite nice supply of amenities. Abundance of kitchen cooking/baking supplies, seasonings, etc & towels/washcloths.Dock was dissappointing as steps in disrepair slanting a lot in down into the water. Floating dock could not be used as not properly attached to deck. We found another dock on the other side of the property tgat we used for our pintoon we rented overnight & for a speed boat we brought with us.Definitely recommend this property & host!!!

Amazing Property

It’s my second time staying here and it was amazing, the Mr. Rooney is always very attentive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend this place is you want to have a great time!

The house is beautiful, clean and huge. Chad the property manager was very accomodating and was very knowledgeable about the property. The theatre room was perfect for movie night. Everyone enjoyed the game room the many games and pool table. There was even a nice ping pong table in the garage. The kitchen was perfect with a large pantry and 2 refrigerators for food storage.The kids ate at the large kitchen dining area and the adults in the big formal dining room. Lots of space during meals. There was more than enough beds for our group of 21. Basics like paper towels, tissue, towels, wash cloths, linen, soap etc... was greatly appreciated. Thank you to the Host and Chad we had a great time!

Great home

We had a great stay there was ample room for all of us it was off the beaten path yet close enough for shopping my brothers cousins and aunts would highly recommend staying here the dock was terrific for my husband and his boat thank you for letting us use your home

Family vacation

We had a great time at the lakehouse, it was so nice spacious, and accommodating for our large group. Other than a few plumbing issues in the lower level bathroom our stay was very satisfying for all of us.

I love this house

Beautiful property , I will definitely stay there again. One of the biggest is the Owner-Arthur such a lovely kind man… We sprung a leak in the kitchen sink , we called Steve he sent a plumber and within the hour it was fixed.

Perfect getaway

We had a blast. The house had everything we needed for our family vacation. The owners were accommodating and answered all my questions. Special shout out to Arthur! Would definitely return.

Peaceful and Serene

This property is beautiful. The Lake is Amazing with a stunning view. We even got a change to enjoy the hot tub. David, Arthur and Steve were all AWESOME! I would definitely recommend this house and book again in the future

Wonderful!!

This house was everything we needed and more for our family reunion! It's beautiful and spacious. Everyone had a great time! Close enough to town to go do things but so peaceful being right on the lake. The owners are so helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this house to anyone who needs space for a larger group.

Fantastic house in a great location

My family spent 10 days in this fabulous home. The 3 generations ranging from an infant to a senior citizen all had a great time. During their stay they hired a pontoon boat and jet ski and spent a fantastic day on Douglas Lake including docking at the Lake House’s private dock to get more refreshments. Some of the family also spent a memorable day at beautiful Ashville and Biltmore House & Estate

Men’s Retreat

We used this property for our 2023 Men’s Retreat and this property was exactly what we needed. There was plenty of space for us all. The property is clean and well maintained. We had awesome customer service in dealing with the owners David and Arthur. We have already booked this property for our 2024 Retreat and look forward to going back. Love this home and the location was perfect.
