Pool, pool, pool. Largest in-cabin pool! This cabin has a private, indoor heated pool. Its location, location, location! This cabin is located in Black Bear Ridge Resort and easily accessible! It is centrally located and convenient to all area attractions. You are only minutes from Kroger, Starbucks, Pigeon Forge Parkway, the National Park, Dollywood, hiking, dining, shows, restaurants, shopping and shows.

Each Bedroom on Levels 2 - 4 have their own private baths.

Level 5 (top level) is the HUGE living quarters ā€“ perfect for kids/teens/young adults
1 bedroom with 2 Queen beds
1 bedroom with a Full over Full bunk bed and 1 Queen bed it has a secret kid hideaway with a sit down arcade game!

The host was great easy to work with. All we needed was a couple more forks there was 17 of us and was always short 2 forks. It was clean plenty of space and beds we enjoyed our stay and already thinking about booking next year.

Stay would have been great , but could not use pool . Water temperature was way too high. We turned pool heater off Friday afternoon about 6 and pool person came Saturday about 10:30 . He took water temperature and it was still 98 degrees. I had 5 children with me and the pool was the deciding factor in my choosing this cabin. Also, roof was leaking and when we took shower on first floor water dripped through to bathroom in basement. We arrived in Pigeon Forge at 3 and I asked owner if we could go in. She said no because people were still getting it ready. I understand that, but surely no one checked the pool area because the water could not have gotten that hot in one hour.

The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this cabin. It was not clean or well heated & we missed a day before we could use it. Use of the hot tub was also delayed by a day but the host did let us know that just before we arrived. Quite a few of the sinks & showers would not drain properly and water would pool over our feet when showering. Several shower liners had to be replaced bc of dirt & mold. We understand that we were in the mountains but cobwebs everywhere were a bit excessive. Finally, one of our guests had his fryer & cast iron pot taken when he stored it in the locked trash compartment. The man who picked up the trash claims that he didnā€™t ā€œseeā€ it however it was very heavy & wouldā€™ve been hard to miss. All in all, (aside from the cleaning/maintenance issues)it is a beautiful property on a beautiful mountain but we were told that there would be room to have a fish fry outside for the 21 people in our group. There was not enough space outside for that. We made it work & had a great vacay.

If you taking a big group and want a cabin that suits everyone from young to old this is for you. There was 15 of us and we had so so much fun. We watched a movie in the cinema room, the younger girls played games, some swam, some enjoyed the hot tub, we absolutely loved the huge kitchen table, and so many laughs were shared. The cabin was extremely clean and they loved having a pool inside with us.

Cabin was awesome! Layout was not what was shown on line so we had to make some room adjustments because of the stairs, but we survived! The pool, theater and game room was a big success! Close enough for an emergency run to a store and plenty of other things to do outside of the cabin! Would definitely rent again if headed that way!

Great time in the Smokies

Our week was one of the hottest of the year and the air conditioning was not doing the job, but got in touch with Terry and we were rewarded with clean filters for the air conditioner and four pans.

The house was more than satisfactory for our group. Plenty of beds, baths. Adequate cooking supplies. The pool area inside could have used a better cleaning, but since we used the community pool, which was lovely, it wasnā€™t a problem. I have to say I was expecting views of the Smokey Mountains, but most were obstructed by trees. There isnā€™t much of an ā€˜outdoorā€™ area, but the same can be said about all the properties in the community. Everyone had a great week with lots of hiking, visiting Gatlinburg and even a day at Dollywood and a Hatfield-McCoy Dinner one night. Many memories were made on one of our epic family adventures!!

2025 Annual Smoky Mountain Stay

I give the overall stay 4 out of 5. The hospitality was top notch. The property owner kept in constant communication due to the incoming weather. The cabin was nice and cozy. We traveled with multiple families and children. There were plenty activities to keep them busy throughout our stay.One of the downfalls of the cabin was the noise. The sound traveled through the walls and ceiling/floor pending the room level location. We had multiple infants and kept box fans (were provided by host) running when they were sleeping due to TVs, movement in floor above, etc. . I also forgot to pack towels for the pool leaving the towel situation very tight. The overall stay for this cabin was great and would recommend.

Our amazing and adventurous weekend

It was my daughter her best friend and my birthday. Itā€™s snowed and the host prepped and let us come in a whole day early due to weather. We got snowed in and had an amazing time. They were more concerned with our safety than money. Communication was excellent 10 out of 10
