This 18-person activity house is located in beautiful Mommark. With its location on Sydals, you can experience a combination of idyllic landscapes and maritime experiences. With its peaceful atmosphere along the coastline, Mommark is the perfect destination for enjoying relaxing moments by the water. The holiday home offers a combination of comfort and entertainment. With its seven bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two cozy lofts (ideal for children), there is room for everyone. The house has been thoughtfully designed, with the inviting kitchen-dining area forming the heart of the home. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a long dining table with room for everyone, and a cozy sofa area that invites shared meals and memorable moments. The activity room is connected to the kitchen-dining area and is an oasis of entertainment. With billiards, table tennis, table football, and darts, fun and entertainment are guaranteed for all holiday guests. In the activity room, you will also find the house's very own bar, where you can enjoy refreshments. The house also offers its own pool area, where you can spend many hours swimming, playing, and having fun. If you step out onto the house's large terrace, you will find a wellness area with an outdoor sauna, outdoor shower, and outdoor spa. Here you can enjoy wellness under the open sky. The house's outdoor area also offers a play paradise for the youngest guests. With a play tower, trampoline, and swing, hours of fun are guaranteed. While the youngest guests play, the rest of the guests can, weather permitting, prepare delicious meals on the house's barbecue or relax on the partially covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture. In the area, you will also find a large multi-purpose field with a pirate ship and playground for children of all ages. There are tables and benches so that adults can chat and enjoy the day while the children explore the large play area. There is a plug for electric cars at the house.
