Approx. 100 m from the ocean is this well-furnished holiday cottage that has every amenity needed for a good holiday. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned. living/dining room is tastefully furnished with stereo sound system with CD player, TV, DVD player, sofa area and a wood-burning stove. There are 5 bedrooms, all beds have good box mattresses. There is furthermore a large and spacious mezzanine. The large pool area has a large swimming pool with slide, sauna, shower and 4-person whirlpool. After an active day you can slide into the whirlpool or get warm in the sauna. There is another bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. In the activity room you can play darts or billiards or challenge each other at table tennis. There are also stereo set, PlayStation3 and Nintendo Wii in the activity room. On the plot there are sandpit, slide, swings and a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance).There is video surveillance in the parking lot and outside areas as anti-theft protection. Pets are allowedA refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
