Come see why our home has consistently provided our guests with an outstanding experience for their family vacations, golf outings and more. Our waterfront home is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, community pool, amenities and Northside Park. It is a large single family home with plenty of space for the whole family. We are located on the water which provides peace and serenity as you enjoy your nights at home. Our boat dock is perfect for kids and adults alike. Watch your kids be entertained for hours as they catch fish and crabs off the back dock. Do you have a boat or kayak? Then feel free to bring it with you and take advantage of our bay access. Our kitchen is fully stocked for family dinners or breakfast in the morning. We also have a BBQ grill that is available for your use. Enjoy relaxing nights on the deck as you socialize with family and friends. Our homes location is within walking distance to Northside park which also provides plenty of amenities for the whole family. Our community has two large community pools, 1 kiddie pool, tennis/pickleball courts, a miniature golf course and more. Come enjoy a quiet stay with us while taking advantage of everything that Ocean City has to offer.

House was beautiful and in the perfect location for our group. Robert was very responsive to questions and quick to reply. He remained in touch with use throughout our stay. My gang had a tendency to get a little loud at times and he was very polite when he had to remind me of the noise ordinance in the neighborhood :) Robert was an exceptional host and I would highly recommend!

Fabulous Spring break

Family Stay on the Bay

Nice place to stay!

Had a very enjoyable beach week staying here. Kids loved the dock (saw lots of crabs and fish) and it was a quick easy walk to beach (driving & parking at beach also easy). Liked the quiet neighborhood. House was more spacious than it appeared in photos, and our host was very responsive!

Great House

This house is amazing with the location and being on the canal we had an amazing week. Caught our own crabs twice and steamed them up kitchen is fully stocked and plenty of room for big families.

Family vacation

The property was very clean and welcoming. There were 14 of us and plenty of room. We did kayaking, fishing and crabbing right on property. Pool and ocean within walking distance. Very quiet but everything was close by if you wanted the more lively activities. Best of both worlds.

Epic vacation!

This was hands down the best trip of my life in one of the most beautiful homes u could stay at in Ocean City! On top of Robert ( host ) being there for any question we may of had he also ensured our stay was perfect!! We will defiantly be back to this stunning home on the water!

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful stay for Thanksgiving with our family of 12. Robert, our host, was exceptional in every way. From the moment we booked, he was readily available to answer any questions we had and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. The home itself was a dream come true for our Thanksgiving celebration. It was stocked with everything we needed for our cooking and feast preparations, making it easy for us to create a memorable holiday meal. The porch was the perfect spot for relaxation, and the spacious living room allowed for quality time spent together. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful, and we enjoyed the proximity to the playground and the annual Winter Fest of Lights. It was a great bonus to have these attractions nearby, adding to the overall charm of our stay. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy and accommodating place to stay, with a fantastic host like Robert. It truly made our Thanksgiving unforgettable.

Another wonderful weekend!

This is our 2nd stay at this beautiful home. Rob is a premier host, great at communicating with us before and throughout our stay. Our group loves the location, decor and attention to detail. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal, or just a cup of coffee to take to one of the balconies to sit and watch the fish jump. Thanks, Rob for another relaxing weekend!

We enjoyed our stay, everything was just as described, we enjoyed our time the beds were comfortable, the space was open and bright, the amenities were working and perfect for our group! The access to the beach and being on the bayside was perfect for the kayaks! Everything was wonderful!

Perry Family Vacation

Very nice place. Mr Knauer is an excellent host who responded quickly and accurately to my every request. Great place great location. Only minor issue was the kitchen counter was a bit sticky when we arrived. Highly recommend this for a large family vacation.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week at Ocean City. The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped to feed our large group and the back deck was perfect for morning coffee. We loved having access to the canal and enjoyed fishing and kayaking daily. The beach was convenient and we never had trouble finding parking. The location was close to shopping and activities making for a terrific week!

Highly recommend!

The house is perfect for large groups, very clean and the neighborhood is great. Perfectly placed near the action but not in the middle of it. The neighborhood was lovely with a fantastic park near by. Robert was the best host we've ever had for a rental experience. Next time we visit the area this where we will stay.

Annual Winter Weekend Getaway

Family Vacation

Unfortunately our music festival was canceled due to weather but the house was perfect for our big family and we ended up finding plenty of fun things to do in the area and places to eat. The owner was also very responsive and helpful in sending suggestions for family friendly places and activities. The house was beautiful and there was enough space for everyone but mattresses were a bit firm in the bunk bed rooms. I would recommend bringing extra blankets or padding for these beds. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the location was beautiful.

Great place at the beach

More than enough room for 2 families with 5 small children. Robert the owner was great to rent from. Awesome deck and fun fishing and crabbing from the pier. Rooms are spacious and do not feel cramped. Considering it is bayside it still has easy access to the beach since it's right at the end of a street that has a traffic light on to coastal highway - you can literally see the house straight down the road once you cross over the dunes leaving the beach. Will stay again for sure.

We purchased this property because of it's convenient location and provides all of what Ocean City has to offer. On our weekend getaway's we simply pack the cart up and walk down to the beach or to the community pool. We also enjoy that this property is tucked back enough to where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a cold beer while siting out back by the water. We are hoping that others will get to enjoy the many family adventures that we've shared over the last few years.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This is a newly constructed home for 2019 and has all new furniture and decorations. We love the quiet nights out on the water while enjoying a cold beverage and eating maryland crabs. Also, our guest will be able to take their kayaks and depart right from the backyard into the Assawomen Bay. Also, we love the simplicity of walking to the beach, community pool, restaurants
