Our condo just received some beautiful renovations in 2023 that include all new flooring throughout, a remodeled fireplace and matching backsplash and beverage fridge in the kitchen and 4 new smart TVs were in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. The unit also has also been updated with all new ceiling fans, new Sleeper Sectional with a Queen sized sofa bed, large stainless steel fridge, new dishwasher and coastal inspired lighting.

Coral Seas is a spacious 1850 square foot luxury condo that is beautifully decorated. It features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps 8 people comfortably (3 beds, 1 sleeper sofa). There are 2 large primary bedrooms (1 King/1 Queen) with over sized master baths. The 1st primary bedroom has private french doors so you can close them and have a private getaway. Sliding doors also take you to the wrap around balcony. The 2nd primary bedroom has sliding doors that open up to your own private balcony. The 3rd bedroom (1 Queen) features a pocket door to the full hallway bathroom that can also be accessed through the hallway. Each bedroom has a flat screen smart TV. There are also two roll up memory foam loungers that when unrolled are a twin size mat as well as one twin memory foam cot. Perfect for little ones to sleep on for extra space (please bring additional linens if using loungers/cot). The primary baths include walk-in showers, double vanities and jetted soaker tubs.

This amazing getaway has all the extras to make your stay special and memorable. Some of the amenities include a NEWLY REMODELED roof top pool in the summer of 2021 with large sun deck, fitness room that just received all NEW EQUIPMENT in August 2022, covered parking, secured elevators and a 550 square foot wrap around balcony. The balcony has seating that includes a love seat, 2 comfortable side chairs, coffee table and 4 stackable chairs. There are 5 double sliding doors to the balconies that allow for great air flow and tons of natural light. The dining room includes a large dining table that accommodates 8 hungry guests with an additional 3 bar chairs at the breakfast bar. The inside of the condo features a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, beverage fridge and a breakfast bar. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all of the necessities and extras. There is also a full sized washer and dryer with a drying rack, laundry baskets, ironing table and an iron. Tray ceilings and beautiful crown molding add more beautiful touches to this gorgeous condo. This amazing getaway is 1.5 short blocks to the beach (5 minute walk). Plenty of parking, however, trailers and flatbeds are not permitted in the lot/garage and will be towed. A short walk will have you at a dozen fabulous restaurants, boutiques, bars, parks and rides. Owner provides a binder of favorite restaurant menus and activities. The hallway closet has also been stocked with tons of books, cards, puzzles, games, and an umbrella stroller and travel booster seat. There is also a large bin of sand toys for you little ones to use that include buckets, sand shovels, sifters, sand molds, butterfly nets, frisbees and balls.

The sunsets each evening are breathtaking from the sun deck. Perfect for watching the air show in spring, fireworks in the summer or Cruiser Week in the fall. The wrap around balcony is perfect for morning coffee, people watching or enjoying apps and drinks while you enjoy a cold beer and people watching.

This condo has everything you could ask for. Perfect spot for families! Park your car, drop your bags and begin exploring. There are numerous restaurants, ice cream shops and boutiques that are a short walk from the condo.The bus picks up right outside the condo and you can ride the entire strip for just $4 a day. Or take the short drive to the outlets or Assateague Island for something different.
