Villa Grazie is a Bali-inspired retreat in southern Corsica, perfectly situated near the region’s stunning, fine-sand beaches. The villa's design emphasizes natural materials, with timber-clad walls and soothing neutral tones that create a relaxed, barefoot summer atmosphere. The main house features four bedrooms, complemented by a separate guest annexe for added flexibility, ideal for multi-generational gatherings. Guests can unwind on the large covered terrace with rattan sofas, perfect for evening drinks or romantic dinners. The villa’s location allows easy access to Bonifacio’s charming old town and port without getting stuck in holiday traffic. Dining options include the rustic outdoor table built around an ancient olive tree, perfect for leisurely meals. Nearby beaches offer a variety of experiences, from watersports and beach bars to pristine white sands. An extended garden with a boules pitch and hammock will be ready by summer 2025, adding to the villa’s appeal.

Layout
This spacious 5-bedroom villa accommodates up to 12 guests. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a Smart TV, which opens onto a covered terrace and pool area. The fully equipped kitchen features an electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, and Bluetooth speaker. A utility room with a washing machine is also available. The ground floor includes four double bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed and an en-suite shower room (without WC), all with access to the terrace. One of these rooms can be configured as a twin bedroom with 80cm beds that convert into a double on request. There are also two separate WCs. The annexe, located a few meters from the main house, is an open-plan space with a double bed (160cm), sofa, and bunk beds suitable for children under 8. It includes an en-suite shower room with a WC and leads out to a terrace.
