Beautiful House. Very quiet, cozy, peaceful, respectful classy neighborhood so all guests are expected to do their part in maintaining this environment. I can not stress this enough. This is not a party site.

Spacious Living Room with a very large Chocolate Brown Sectional with Power recliners. 52" TV with Roku, DIRECT TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime. Sliding Glass door leading to the Backyard. Ceiling Fan. Carpeted. See Pictures.

Dining Area. Higher Table with 4 padded chairs to seat 4 people. The center of the table has a disc which will rotate 360 degrees. Just a nice feature if needed. There is also an island in the kitchen which can seat an additional 2 people.

The Kitchen is very roomy and is fully stocked Kitchen. Feel free to cook if you wish and use any and all cookware. Gas Stove. Utensils galore. Gadgets galore. Refrigerator and Freezer for your use. Just please clean up after yourselves. Garbage Disposal.

3 Bedrooms (one with a King Size Bed, one with a Queen Size Bed and the 3rd with a Queen. Master Bedroom has its own TV. All Bedrooms are carpeted. All bedrooms will provide a very inviting, cozy, comfortable atmosphere.

Two (2) Full Bathrooms (one with a Tub/Shower and the other with a large standup shower). The One Bathrooms is located in the Master Bedroom and the other Bathroom is located in the hallway. Fresh Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash.

Other features include Central Air, Laundry Room with Iron and Ironing Board, Blow Dryer and yes, even a curling iron.

The 2 car garage is not for guest use unless prior notification and approval is obtained.

Very conveniently located. CLE Airport is only 5 minutes away. Downtown Cleveland is 15 minutes away. Major Highways 1/2 mile away.

Shopping, Restaurants, Sports Bars, entertainment - all within 1-4 miles.

This is my actual home. I will always have access to the house. I live there, however, I vacate when guests book the Entire house. The only exception is the garage. I will always maintain 100% access and utilize the garage and outside yard area, but I am away from the house for the most part. I will not intrude on you nor enter the inside of the home while you are staying there. I am all about respect. I will give you 100% respect and privacy, however, if I feel there is an absolute need to check on my home, I will do so.

I take great pride and I strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Communication is key. Let's openly discuss any issues and you will quickly see my intentions will be to accommodate you and your guests. It all boils down to common sense mutual respect.
