This charming 91 m² holiday home is located just 350 metres from the water and offers a comfortable and relaxing holiday with a classic holiday home feel. The house is well maintained and carefully furnished and can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests. It also has a practical utility room for added convenience. As you enter, a bathroom with a separate shower and spa bath is to the left, while a second bathroom is directly ahead, ensuring a smooth daily life for families and groups. The holiday home has three comfortable bedrooms and a bright open kitchen, living room and dining area, designed to make it easy to get together. A wood-burning stove adds warmth and atmosphere, making the space inviting all year round. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, making it suitable for longer stays. This is a non-smoking property and youth groups are not allowed, ensuring a quiet and peaceful environment throughout your stay. Whether you spend time on the nearby beach or relax indoors, the cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Please note that a refundable deposit may be charged prior to arrival to cover consumption and any additional services used during your stay. The final amount will be calculated based on actual consumption and any remaining amount will be refunded within 21 days of departure. Important note • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • Forgotten items will be returned for a postage fee plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest. • Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age cannot rent the property. • Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included
