Well-maintained and thoughtfully furnished, the home comfortably accommodates up to seven guests and includes a practical utility room for added convenience. Upon entry, a bathroom with a separate shower and spa bath sits to the left, while a second bathroom straight ahead ensures smooth routines for families and groups. The cottage features three comfortable bedrooms and a bright open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area designed for easy togetherness. A wood-burning stove adds warmth and atmosphere, making the space inviting year-round. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer to support longer stays. This is a non-smoking property, and youth groups are not permitted, ensuring a calm and peaceful environment throughout your stay. Whether you’re spending time at the nearby beach or unwinding indoors, the cottage provides everything needed for a restful getaway. Please note that a refundable deposit may be charged prior to arrival to cover utilities and any additional services used during the stay. The final amount will be calculated based on actual consumption, with any remaining balance refunded within 21 days after departure. Important Note - • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • Forgotten items are returned for postage plus a 150 DKK handling fee. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. • Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age may not rent the property.
