This cozy cottage at Ørnevej 26 in Furreby offers a peaceful seaside holiday, just 200 metres from the wide sandy beach of the North Sea. The main house has 40 m² of comfortable living space with two bedrooms, a toilet and a bright open kitchen and living room. The living room has a wood-burning stove and opens onto a conservatory/covered terrace - perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The kitchen flows directly into the living room, creating an easy and social layout. An additional garage of 33 m² adds valuable space and houses an extra bedroom and the large bathroom. The cottage is located on an 815 m² natural plot in the quiet village of Furreby, surrounded by nature, yet within easy reach of Løkken with its shops, transport options and amenities. Several scenic paths lead directly to the beach, making it easy to go for walks and swim by the sea. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, one with a bunk bed and an annex with two single beds, making the house suitable for families or small groups. This is a non-smoking property, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay. A refundable deposit may be charged before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services used during the stay. Final payment will be based on actual consumption, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of departure. Important note - • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of 150 DKK. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age cannot rent the property. • Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included
