A holiday home ideal for families and couples:The holiday home is ideally equipped for a family holiday or for several couples who want to spend a holiday together in quiet and beautiful surroundings. The house has space for up to 8 people plus 1 child under 3 years old, and the 94 m² is functionally divided into 4 bedrooms with double beds. There is also a cot and high chair as well as a closed terrace - so that the little ones can also enjoy themselves. Comfort and facilities of the holiday home:The holiday home is modern and well-equipped with an energy-friendly heat pump, washing machine, wood-burning stove and a freezer with a 60-liter capacity. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fan oven and refrigerator. There is one large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower, as well as an extra guest toilet - also with underfloor heating. As an added luxury, there is also an indoor spa for two people - perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach or in nature. The house is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Large natural plot and plenty of outdoor life:The summer house is located on a spacious natural plot of 1,260 m². There is plenty of room for playing and relaxing, and the 85 m² terrace is enclosed, so that both children and dogs can stay safely outside. The house also offers a swing, barbecue, tool room and carport. There is also an electric car charger installed with a CEE plug, and free parking right by the door. You are allowed to bring up to 2 pets, and the area around Furreby and Løkken is ideal for dogs - with paths, dunes and wide beaches. And dogs are welcome in the local shops and restaurants. Close to the sea, nature and shopping:Only 600 meters from the house, the waves of the North Sea and the beautiful sandy beach await. The nearest grocery store is also just 600 meters away. You also live close to both Løkken and Nr. Lyngby, where you will find cafes, restaurants and a summer atmosphere. Entertainment and internet: The house has a Smart TV with Danish, German, Swedish, Norwegian and English TV channels – and wireless internet is of course included.Important note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. The final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts will be refunded within 21 days after check-out. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site. • Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property.
