You'll hear the waves crash below you along the coastline and marvel at the Pacific Ocean stretching out as far as you can see. Turtles, spinner dolphins, and whales are often visiting as well! Best view in Poipu and some guests say itā€™s the best view in Kauai!! And now, we have air conditioning individually controlled in each room for additional comfort during warm days.

Inside, the colors of the sand, sea and sky fill this 3-bedroom 3-bath completely remodeled property. You can start your day with coffee on the lanai and enjoy the sunrise. The kitchen has beautiful new granite counter tops, white cheery cabinets along with its incredible oceanfront view! It is fully stocked with everything you need: from the all-stainless steel appliances including a convenient extra large gourmet toaster oven, icemaker, Keurig coffee maker with capsules, to the spices, and all the utensils and sharp knives you need, you will want for nothing! This is among the many advantages of choosing a property with owners that live here rather than from an impersonal corporate management company that may not even be based in Hawaii.

The two master suites have king size beds, and a third bedroom is configured with your choice of either a king or two twin beds - perfect for up to three couples or two families. The upstairs master offers a spa-like feel complete with a soaking tub. The downstairs master offers a quiet garden view with rich deep koa wood tones. There is also a separate media loft with surround sound and a large Sony 70" ultra high definition flat screen TV with internet connection, perfect for relaxing and watching a show or movie after a day of exploring the island. We not only offer free WiFi - you'll enjoy the fastest WiFi available on the island.

Perhaps the best feature is that there is nothing between you and the ocean except 10 yards of grass lawn. It's a secluded, romantic, awe-inspiring location. If you're looking for excitement, you can also visit the local resorts that are just a short trip away. You will love staying here!

Poipu and Brenneckes beaches are an easy Ā½ mile walk on one side, and Shipwrecks beach and the Grand Hyatt are a stunning, easy Ā½ mile oceanfront path walk on the other.

Please note this property is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for people with mobility issues. The cost of having the ā€œbest view in Poipuā€ along the coast from this top floor Penthouse located in a very quiet 15-unit boutique complex is that there are stairs. There is a pathway with fewer stairs coming down from the entrance to the parking structure around the small plunge pool area, but the one and a half flight of stairs leading up to the penthouse is unavoidable. This is easily doable for people without mobility issues, but not as convenient as a ground floor unit without the view.

For your safety we provide Keyless and Contactless check-in and out and use Enhanced Cleaning protocols using disinfectants according to WHO & CDC guidelines. We always provide antibacterial hand soap at every sink.

The condo was right on the ocean with the perfect view. We were able to watch whales and turtles feeding from the balcony. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked perfectly for a family ranging from age 24 to 85. The unit was a short walk to Shipwreck beach and to Poipu Beach with the turtles. We could not have asked for a better location and family experience.

Hosts were fantastic communicators and provided us with a detailed list of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The sound of the ocean and turtle watching from the balcony were amazing. The location cannot be beat - Poipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach are a close walk or drive and there are tons of excellent restaurants within 15 minutes from the condo.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We had the most beautiful view from the living room and the location was perfect for our day adventures whether it was a nice stroll to the local beaches or travel up the east side or the west side, and also very close to the airport. The hosts were so responsive and welcoming with a very clean and beautiful accommodations.

The number one thing for this property is the view. Cannot get enough of the waves crashing into the lava rocks. Perfect angle for sunsets as well (late November). The communication has been better than any rental I have ever stayed at. I would give them an 11 out of 10 on this. The a/c can be confusing but they had an easy to read manual printed out, making it idiot proof. You can watch the waves easily from 2nd floor bedroom and open the window slats for crashing wave soundtrack. The only negatives - the parking can be pretty tight. We were always able to find a spot but sometimes it was a process getting into the space. The stairs could present a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. I was able to get our luggage up to the room but had to sit for a spell afterwards.

We loved this condo penthouse ! Itā€™s probably the best one we have ever stayed at in Hawaii! The views alone are to die for so many titles and we saw dolphins. The place is perfect and has good AC we loved sitting on the deck and taking in the ocean. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Kauai :)

the view was spectacular but way too many steps and a maze to get into unit plus parking was challenging for our big suv.thank goodness we had A/C or could not have handled the heat but wall units are noisy - furniture needs to be cleaned and mattress in lower bedroom is awful! the owners were very attentive and provided great tips - there was broken window upstairs .and carpet needs replaced the unit itself was great for 6 adults just needs updating for the cost and disclose how difficult it is for older folks

Lovely property well equipped and appointed. Absolutely a terrific location Would be excellent overall if not for A/C that did not work well coupled with window which wouldn't close. It left the temperature in living room a bit high at times. Difficult contacting owner because phone number to use for contact in unit was different in email. Some fault on my apart. The view from this unit is amazing and we would definitely stay here again. My husband and I brought our 3 young adult children and a spouse. The 3 bedrooms with common area worked great. Air conditioning in each room was fantastic. Owner provided coffee pods got us started and basic condiments were greatly appreciated as we did some basic cooking at the unit. Bedrooms did not have room darkening shades which is just something to be aware of. If you want to lounge around a pool waterfront, this is not the choice for you. It was perfect for us as we loved the gorgeous ocean front hike right outside the door. Every day, we loaded up the provided chairs and towels and visited a different beach. The Poipu Athletic Club which was included in the stay is a fantastic club. It includes tennis, p-ball, classes (small fee), towels, equipment, machines, etc. There is a coffee shop right outside that is always hopping and a bar on site for drinks while hanging out at pool/courts. We had a small issue in the unit from the windy conditions. It was addressed immediately. Nicely done and great communitcation

This condo was wonderful! The location is breathtaking. Truly magnificant to wake up every morning to the crashing waves and watch the sunset at night. This location is simply STUNNING! The owners thought of everything! From the Keurig coffee in stock, to dish detergent, laundry detergent, and a Brita pitcher were great attention to detail and little conveniences that made is extra nice. I really appreciated a variety of quality wine glasses, the high quality bedding, and the beach chairs and boogie boards for our use. With a quick walk to two different beaches, stunning views, close to golf, shopping, and restaurants, this condo is a perfect place.We often rent VRBOs on vacation and this one STANDS OUT as one of the VERY BEST! If in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were originally from the mainland and are now lucky enough to live in Kauai full time. Even before moving here, we've always loved Kauai and have been frequent visitors since the early '80's.
