46 Strawberry Hill is a well presented, light and airy holiday home, located within the leafy grounds of Tolroy Manor, the perfect location from which to explore West Cornwall. This lovely property is situated in a quiet location, yet benefiting from all the conveniences of being on a holiday park, such as communal pool, play park, laundry, shop and restaurant.

With three bedrooms (a double room, one twin room and a single bedroom), 46 Strawberry Hill offers comfortable, well equipped accommodation for up to five guests. Perfect for families to enjoy the stunning local golden, sandy beaches and sights of St. Ives Bay that are on the doorstep. Mounts Bay and Penzance are also just a short drive away.

Ground Floor:
Living/Dining Area: With comfy sofa and chairs, TV with DVD player and dining table with seating for up to five guests.
Kitchen: Open plan and recently fitted, well-equipped with electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave.
Bathroom: With a bath and shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

First Floor:
Bedroom One: - This room has a double bed, bedside tables, lamps, hanging rail and shelving.
Bedroom Two: - With two single beds, a chest of drawers and hanging rail.
Bedroom Three: - With a single bed, bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers and hanging rail.

Outside: There is a patio with bench seating and free parking, close by in on site car parks.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours' contact number for us too.

EV Charging
There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.

The Location
The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of West Cornwall's attractions.

Only a short drive into Hayle you have a great selection of shops and restaurants.

Further afield
The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around one mile away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans and Mexico Towans are all close by.

At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.

For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various water sports along St. Ives Bay.

For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.

Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Whether it is a relaxing laid back holiday or a more action packed holiday you are seeking Hayle Holidays at Tolroy Manor is the ideal place for your Cornish getaway.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.

Winter stays at Tolroy Manor
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
