Our gated community is manned 24/7 and you will receive a pass to display on your vehicle to ease entry.
Myself,my wife or our local contact will greet you on arrival.
In the event nobody would be available(on arrival) we will have a set of keys in a lock box on the door (we will provide you with the combination)

As our guests we make available our social membership which gives access to,Dining,casual and fine,Fitness Center,Library,Olympic size pool- hot tub and Lynx pass private pool(only steps away from our Condo),tennis courts Pickle ball and free newer movies on Friday evenings.You will also be able to enjoy the Ridge casual bar @ the poolside as well as the social activities that are hosted on various evenings

If we (my wife and I)are in Bonita we will help with any questions or assistance issues.If we are traveling we will arrange for someone to help if any is needed.
Since ours is a private gated community all guests have to be registered and approved by the Hunters Ridge Community association,you will be asked to submit an application which we will send to you.
The fee for this is $100 +$300 amenity fee after May 2019
The State of Florida requires that all rented space be taxed @ 11.5%.
This will be collected and paid by VRBO

Our Coach home has a one car garage and the garage door opener will be in the Codo Kitchen with your welcome package.
