Beautiful 3 Bed + 2 Bath updated Vasari Country Club condo - Matera neighborhood

LOCATION
Our condo is within the beautiful Vasari Country Club located in Bonita Springs, right at the Naples border. Vasari is a gated golf community with 24 hour security at the front gate, and is 20 minutes away from old Naples and 5th Avenue restaurants, 15 minutes from the airport in Fort Myers and just 10 minutes to beautiful beaches.

The condo is on the 2nd floor and features amazing 13 foot ceilings through the kitchen and great room which provide for a light and airy feel and with large windows on the front, back and side there is always plenty of light throughout.

FOR THE GOLF AND TENNIS ENTHUSIAST
Your rental includes golf and tennis privileges at the Vasari Country Club. This means that you can golf without restriction - as if you are an owner - and will have full tee-time booking privileges via the Chelsea booking system. You will also have privileges at no cost to book tennis courts. The community includes a great golf practice facility and bocce ball courts.

As of January 2026, plans to add 4 pickleball courts on one of the 6 current tennis courts have been approved by the local municipality and construction will begin May 2026 and will be finished in summer 2026.

Renters are required to pay cart fees for each tee time. Cart fees for renters are approx. $80 per person per round in high season, which is November to April.

BEDROOMS
The master suite has a king sized bed with a top quality mattress and new Tommy Bahama bedding plus his and hers separate walk-in closets and a full ensuite with shower, 2 sinks and a water closet.

The guest bedroom at the front of the condo is a fully private suite with its own dedicated bathroom, although not an ensuite. The guest bath includes a tub and shower which is located beside the bedroom and the bed and bath function as a separate suite with a pocket-door separating it from the main living area.

In October the den was converted into a 3rd bedroom with a queen sized bed and new pocket doors for full privacy.


KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher) plus dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, and various electrical appliances such as a blender, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. The kitchen boasts Corian solid-surface counter tops plus tall upper cabinets providing plenty of additional storage. There is also a fully enclosed pantry in the kitchen which is great for storing your dry goods.

HIGH DEFINITION SMART TVs & HIGH SPEED INTERNET
The condo has high-speed WiFi plus Smart HD TVs in the great room, master bedroom, guest bedroom and on the screened in lanai. The lanai is a wonderful place to relax and watch the morning news with a coffee while overlooking the nature preserve behind the condo.

LANAI AND CARPORT
The lanai is fully screened in and has a bar-top table with comfy stools great for reading the morning paper with your coffee and overlooks a lush nature preserve. There is a covered car-port right outside the condo which keeps your car cool and out of the elements.

POOL AND HOT TUB
The condo is a 2 minute walk to the local community pool which also has a hot tub. You can also access the larger pool at the main Vasari Clubhouse.

We do not allow pets in the condo.
