- a lovely 30 m² living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, filter and Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining table)

- lounge area with sofa bed, armchair, tv wifi

- bedroom with two 90cm beds (or one 180cm bed), storage cupboard,

- a bathroom with washbasin, wcand shower,

- a storeroom with washing machine

- Terrace with dining table for 4, barbecue and 2 deckchairs, facing the private garden.
