Charming industrial-style house with a private terrace

A 40 m² house, completely renovated, single-story, industrial style, on the owner’s property, with a small garden, 5 minutes from Lake Cazaux and 20 minutes from the ocean beaches.

You’ll enjoy a pleasant stay in this fully renovated apartment, featuring a bedroom, bathroom, living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen.

You can also relax on a private terrace (screened off with wooden trellises), complete with a lounge chair, tables, and a barbecue, as well as a parking space.

To make your stay easier, all linens are provided (sheets, duvet covers, towels, dish towels, etc.). You’ll also find a clothes dryer, an ironing board, and an iron.

From September through June: Rent by the night, weekend, or school break,
July and August: Weekly rentals only
